Drill the 1/2" hole using the slot as a template. Loosely install the 1/2" bolt, conical toothed washer, flat washer, and handle nut. 3. With the hitch square on the vehicle, drill the five remaining 3/8" holes on the driver side. Install short 3/8" bolts, fender washers, and hex flange nuts. 4. Torque all fasteners to specification and apply silicone sealer to holes.
All 3/8" hardware must be torqued to 45 lb.-ft.
