The hitch includes: four 1/2-13 UNC Grade 8 hex cap screws (part 10-10407), four 1/2" flat washers (part 30-00133), and four 1/2-13 UNC Grade 8 serrated flange nuts (part 20-00062).
You must temporarily remove: four plastic fasteners and four hex screws from the fascia, three rubber isolators from the exhaust (to lower it), and four nuts securing the heat shield. If a tow loop is present, remove it and return it to the vehicle owner.
Insert the 4" hex bolts with washers into the frame rails from the outside. Raise the hitch into position between the frame rails. Push the front bolts through the mounting plates and loosely install 1/2" flange nuts. Then rotate the hitch up so it touches the fascia to mark trim lines.
