This particular kit fits certain years of the Chrysler Town & Country, Dodge Grand Caravan, Ram C/V and Volkswagen Routan (see application info to verify vehicle compatibility). It provides a weight carrying capacity of 4,000 lbs. GTW and 400 lbs. TW. It is also compatible with a weight distribution hitch for level towing and a rating of 5,000 lbs. WD and 500 lbs. WDTW. CURT class 3 trailer hitches are typically used to attach and haul utility trailers, boat trailers, campers, snowmobile or ATV haulers and more (NOTE: Never exceed the lowest-rated towing component). Each class 3 hitch has a 2" receiver tube and is tested in accordance with SAE J684 for safety. To ensure that CURT class 3 receiver hitches have what it takes for serious trailering, they are designed using a hands-on approach and are constructed with rugged, high-strength steel and precise welding. We also protect our class 3 hitches in a co-cured finish of liquid A-coat and black powder coat for superior resistance to rust, chipping and UV damage.

Yes. You must remove the bolt(s) securing the exhaust and muffler hanger(s) to allow the exhaust to drop out of the way during hitch installation. After mounting the hitch, raise the muffler back into position and reinstall the exhaust hardware.
The 13364 uses existing vehicle hardware. No additional fasteners are included. You will reuse the existing M10 and M12 bolts already in your vehicle's frame weldnuts.
No. The installation requires you to lower the vehicle's exhaust. You must remove the bolt(s) securing the exhaust and muffler hanger(s) to allow the exhaust to drop out of the way for hitch installation.
The hitch may interfere with AC lines if present. During installation, make sure air conditioning lines are not pinched between the hitch and frame rail. If AC lines are present, verify clearance before fully tightening the hitch.
Some fascia trimming may be required. The manual includes a fascia trim diagram showing the area that may need trimming. The exact amount depends on your vehicle's configuration.
Remove two bolts using a 15mm socket and three bolts using an 18mm socket from the frame. IMPORTANT: Leave one M12 bolt on the passenger side of the vehicle frame toward the front of the vehicle—this bolt holds the bumper bracket to the vehicle frame and must not be removed.
Raise the hitch into position against the bottom of the vehicle frame and align the holes in the hitch frame brackets with the holes in the vehicle frame. You may need a punch or screwdriver to align the holes before inserting the bolts.
