The harness includes the CURT brake control harness connector assembly, a black connector for the brake control unit's quick plug, and cable ties for securing the harness. A Phillips screwdriver may be needed to remove a trim panel during installation.
The white vehicle brake control harness connector is located underneath the dash, just to the left of the steering wheel, taped to another harness near the emergency brake pedal. A small trim panel in front of the connector can be partially removed to make it easier to locate; it is secured by a single Phillips screw.
