Yes, Curt 12339 fits Camry 2002 and newer (through 2006). However, 2002 and newer Camry and Solara 2002–2003 models use a different fastening method: three hex bolt locations instead of a U-bolt on the driver side. The passenger side still uses a U-bolt.
