Insert the fish wire through the blind hole where the taillight was removed and locate it on the other side. Use tape to secure the harness to the fish wire and pull back up. If the wire gets hung up, you may need to push back down, wiggle it around, or twist the wire to loosen it. Make sure the fish wire is long enough to stick out on the other side.
