ARIES nerf bars are all made vehicle-specific for a custom, no-drill fit, and they are available in multiple finish options. This set of nerf bars is constructed from 304 stainless steel with a polished finish. Our 304 stainless steel is a true stainless with high nickel content, offering better corrosion resistance and a long-lasting finish. The polish is a triple application, resulting in a mirror-like shine to complement y our vehicle. ARIES 3" round side bars also come with high-strength steel brackets and non-skid step pads. The mounting brackets -- as well as the side bars and step pads -- are custom-designed for specific makes and models to allow the nerf bars to contour to the lines of your vehicle. This ensures easy, no-drill installation and the strength necessary to provide solid footing. This particular set of custom nerf bars fits specific years of the Ford F250, F250 Super Duty and F350 Super Duty (see application info to verify fitment). ARIES 3" round side bars also come with non-skid step pads made of polypropylene. These wide, custom-positioned step pads feature a textured pattern and cover a wide portion of the tubes to be more comfortable and high-traction, even in wet conditions.

It includes two side bars (driver and passenger), four mounting brackets (two front, two rear), 14 M10 hex bolts (1.50 x 35mm), 8 M10 hex nuts, 22 M10 flat washers, 14 M10 lock washers, 6 M10 clip nuts, 4 half-inch hex bolts (13 x 1 1/4"), 4 half-inch flat washers, 4 half-inch lock washers, and 2 spacer plates.

Install the driver side first, then the passenger side. For each side: (1) locate the two mounting points, (2) install the front mounting bracket using clip nuts and bolts at the top, then hex bolts and nuts at the bottom, (3) install the rear mounting bracket using the same method, (4) align and attach the side bar to the brackets using 1/2" bolts, (5) adjust the side bar to desired position, (6) tighten all brackets to the vehicle first, then tighten the side bar connections. Repeat for the passenger side.
Snug all hardware during the initial installation steps, but do not fully tighten. After adjusting the side bar to the desired location, tighten all brackets to the vehicle first, followed by the side bar connections. This allows for proper alignment before final tightening.
The front mounting bracket uses only three of the mounting holes in the bracket. The rear mounting bracket uses all four mounting holes.
