If installing rails to an existing Revolver system, you receive only the passenger and driver side cover rails. All hardware is included.
Yes. You must remove the current passenger side rail and driver side rail together with their S clamps using a drill/socket wrench (Step 6). You must also remove both cargo rails and their screws (Step 2). Keep all factory screws and hardware for later reinstallation, as you will reuse them to mount the new rails and cargo rails.

1. Clean the top of the bulkhead where the seal will go with soap and water to remove dirt and debris. 2. Clean the same area with isopropyl alcohol to remove wax or grease and to evaporate any remaining water. 3. Allow the surface to dry completely. 4. Place the seal flush with the front edge of the bulkhead and ensure it is snug between the truck bed rails. 5. Peel the backing paper from the bulkhead seal and apply pressure to the entire seal to ensure good adhesion.

Never allow children or pets to occupy the truck bed with the cover in the fully closed position. The cover is not airtight, so special care is required to keep cargo clean and dry. If the rails are leaning down, have one person stand on the outside of the bed and slightly roll the rails upward while another person slowly snugs the clamps up. If the clamps are tightened too quickly or overtightened, it will cause the rails to lean down. Do not overtighten.
