Gooseneck equipment is the brand's signature. Gooseneck hitches mount in the truck bed over the rear axle, which places the load where the chassis can carry it properly and allows far tighter turning than a receiver hitch permits. Matching gooseneck couplers attach at the trailer end, in round tube and square configurations across the capacity range used by livestock, equipment and flatbed trailers.
The conventional trailer coupler range is built around the Wedge-Latch mechanism, which uses a wedge to take up wear between coupler and ball rather than relying on a fixed clamp that loosens over time. That matters on a trailer accumulating hard miles, where slack in the coupling shows up as noise and shock loading. Couplers are offered in A-frame form for standard tongues and in channel-mount form for straight tongue and fabricated frames, with adjustable channel versions that let a coupler be positioned to suit the tongue height.

The Tandem 2-Speed Landing Gear is a jack system designed for tandem trailer applications. It features a 2-speed shift pattern with high gear engaged when the shaft is pushed in and low gear engaged when the shaft is pulled out. The product is designed to meet T.T.M.A. recommended practice RP-4 and A.A.R.-931 requirements and is manufactured by Cequent Trailer Products.
The landing gear is designed for tandem trailer applications and must be mounted to flat surfaces only. Before installation, you must confirm there will be no interference from the tow vehicle, tongue, ground, or any other mounted accessories while stationary or in motion. Check for interference in all positions, including handle swing in both gears. The product must be installed according to the provided instructions and cannot be altered or modified.
If equipped with a bolt-on mounting bracket, you must use eight (8) 5/8"-11 grade 5 fasteners. These fasteners are not included with the product and must be obtained separately. The bracket must be attached with these fasteners and torqued to 150 ft.-lbs.
Yes. If you are using direct mount installation (welding to a load-bearing member), all welding must be performed by an AWS (American Welding Society) certified welder. This is a mandatory requirement stated in the installation instructions and cannot be performed by uncertified personnel.
Three 2" long 1/4" fillet welds must be placed on both sides of the jack along the contacting surface. The welds should be spaced as far apart as possible to maximize strength under load. All welding must be performed by an AWS certified welder.
In a tandem application, align the jacks carefully so they raise and lower together and share the load equally. Proper alignment is critical to ensure balanced load distribution and prevent uneven wear or failure.
The jack handle moves 5/8" to 3/4" while shifting between gears. This clearance must be accounted for during installation to ensure the handle does not interfere with the trailer frame, tongue, or other components when operating in both high and low gear positions.

Yes. You must fully retract the jack(s) before towing the trailer. Failure to do so may result in damage to the product or injury.
If equipped with a drop leg, make certain the drop leg pin is fully inserted before using the jack. Before operating, verify that the drop leg pin is fully inserted into the jack by checking for no clearance between the drop leg pin and housing. If you see clearance, you must adjust the drop leg to fully seat the pin into the hole location. Do not use the jack if you are unable to fully seat the pin.
No. If this product has a drop leg, never attempt to adjust the drop leg when the jack is under load. Always verify that the jack is not supporting any load before adjusting the drop leg.
The drop leg will naturally drop or retract very quickly depending on the model. Keep clear of pinch points at the drop leg pin and keep clear of holes in the drop leg. If the model has a spring return drop leg, it will retract very quickly. If it is a non-spring return model, it will naturally fall. Always control the drop leg movement with your foot or hand as appropriate for your model.
Before mounting the jack, confirm that there will be no interference from the tow vehicle, tongue, ground, and any other mounted accessories while stationary or in motion.
