Returns Policy
Our product return policy lasts for 30 days following the purchase. Once these 30 days have elapsed, we unfortunately will not be able to offer you an exchange or return.
To process a return, the item must be unused, in the same conditions in which you received it. This includes the original packaging.
TowUniverse does not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for shipping back to our warehouse.
Some items are ineligible for returns. Products such as Freight items can’t be returned.
TowUniverse will notify you upon the arrival of the returned item. If the return is accepted, the refund will be approved, and you will receive the amount in the form of store credit or your original payment method in approximately 30 days.
Shipping
We ship to ALL US states except for Alaska & PR. Items over $99 ship free. We typically ship items within 24 hours of the order date exluding weekends.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
