The catalog spans snow and ice equipment, truck and underbody tool boxes, hydraulic cylinders and components, towing hardware including pintle hitches, tie-downs, transfer tanks and LED lighting for work trucks, trailers and municipal fleets.
Buyers Products was founded in 1946 and has grown from a modest distributor of truck parts into one of the broadest suppliers in the truck equipment industry. Engineering, manufacturing and assembly all take place in the United States, and the company keeps an unusual amount of production in-house: it designs, fabricates, forges, rotationally moulds and powder coats components itself, which is how it holds cost down across such a wide catalog.
Snow and ice equipment is a major part of the business, covering snow plows, spreaders, salt dispensers and the mounting, hydraulic and control hardware behind them, for municipal fleets, contractors and property maintenance operators whose season depends on equipment starting in the cold.
Truck storage is equally central. Underbody boxes hang beneath service body and flatbed frames in steel, aluminium and poly, alongside crossover boxes, topsides and chest boxes. Transfer tanks carry fuel to equipment working away from a pump.
Hydraulics run through the range, including cylinders and trunnions, pumps, valves, reservoirs and fittings for dump bodies, hoists, plows and cranes. Towing and load securement are covered by pintle hitches, hitch bars, receiver hardware, tie-down anchors, D-rings and straps. Vehicle safety and work lighting adds LED trailer lights, strobes, light bars and work lamps.
The company describes its teams as staffed with engineers and real-life product users, designing and building equipment as though building it for themselves, and it runs a dedicated engineering facility for new product development and prototyping.
