This CURT replacement adapter kit contains two adapter inserts that bolt onto the base of the CURT gooseneck RockerBall #60654 to allow it to fit B&W brand Turnoverball gooseneck hitches. The kit includes two steel inserts and two bolts.

The CURT 19285 is a RockerBall™ trailer ball assembly designed to work with square shank receivers such as B&W™ hitches. It includes shank adaptors that allow the ball assembly to be mounted to square shank receiver tubes.
Yes. The CURT 19285 is designed for use with B&W™ and other square shank receivers. Shank adaptors are included and required to mount the RockerBall™ assembly to a square shank receiver.
Shank adaptors are required only when using the RockerBall™ in a B&W™ or other square shank receiver. Two shank adaptors are included in the kit.

The kit includes 2 shank adaptors and 2 shoulder bolts (M6 x 11, 12mm). These are the only fasteners listed in the parts list.
Secure the shank adaptors to the bottom of the RockerBall™ trailer ball assembly using the two M6 shoulder bolts (M6 x 11, 12mm). Tighten the bolts to 6 ft-lbs using a 4mm Allen key.
The M6 x 11 shoulder bolts that secure the shank adaptors to the RockerBall™ assembly must be tightened to 6 ft-lbs.
Never exceed the vehicle manufacturer's recommended towing capacity. The CURT 19285 must be used within the limits set by your vehicle's manufacturer.
Periodic inspection of the trailer hitch should be performed to ensure all mounting hardware remains tight and structural components are secure. The manual does not specify an exact interval; regular checks before towing are recommended.
