The Greystone gas RV range is a culinary powerhouse for any RV kitchen. This range features a 17" cooktop area with up to 8,000 BTUs of cooktop power and 1.2 cu. ft. of oven space. Other features include easy-to-control digital temperature settings, cast iron removable grates, LED-backlit knobs and a foldable glass top. Due to the nature of this product the purchaser is assuming all liabilities for installation and maintenance.
Greystone by Furrion supplies RV kitchen appliances built for mobile use: built-in microwaves, gas cooktops and ranges with flame failure protection, and 12-volt ducted and ductless range hoods. Units are sized for compact galleys, rated for vibration on the road, and drawn from the Lippert appliance range serving travel trailers, fifth wheels and motorhomes.
Greystone is the RV kitchen appliance line offered by Furrion, a Lippert brand, and it exists to solve a problem specific to mobile living: household appliances are not built to be shaken down a highway, and they are rarely the right size for a galley measured in inches. Greystone appliances are engineered for the vibration, voltage and space constraints of a recreational vehicle while still functioning the way an owner expects at home.
Built-in microwaves are a mainstay of the range, including a 0.9 cubic foot 900-watt model that runs on standard 120V AC and fits a common RV cabinet cut-out. Features include six express cook options, ten power levels, touchpad controls, defrost programs, a four-digit LED display, a push-release door paddle and a child lock, the last of which matters more in a vehicle where a cabinet is at toddler height.
Cooking appliances cover two and three burner gas cooktops and ranges with Flame Sense flame failure protection, which shuts off gas flow if a burner is extinguished by a draught or a boil-over. Glass covers fold down to reclaim worktop space when the burners are cold, a small detail that makes a real difference in a narrow galley.
Ventilation is handled by 12-volt range hoods in 13-inch and 22-inch widths, in black or black with a stainless front. These use an internal circulation system moving 200 cubic metres per hour, a two-speed mechanical switch, a two-layer aluminium and charcoal cloth filter and a 12V LED lamp, so they clear smoke and cooking odours and light the hob without drawing shore power. Ducted and ductless versions cover both installation types.
