Whether you're on the job or off-roading through the wilderness, it doesn't take long for rocks and other debris to wreak havoc on the body of your truck. LUVERNE Textured Rubber Mud Guards are the perfect solution for maintaining that pristine, professional look. For the front or rear of the truck, these custom mud flaps add style and body protection. They are constructed from heavy-duty black rubber that stands up to road debris and sheds water with ease. They feature 18-gauge stainless steel plates to help protect the bottom edge and extend the life of the mud flaps. With their 3/8" thick, recycled rubber construction, Textured Rubber Mud Guards easily deflect everything from mud to gravel, protecting the body of your truck from scratches, chips and scuffs. They are also made to add a stylish accent to your truck, featuring stainless steel plates along the bottom edge of each flap. The plates are made from 18-gauge stainless steel to provide a heavy-duty, rust-resistant shield, and they feature a bright, high-polish finish for a long-lasting shine. The textured finish of the rubber mud flaps is also designed to easily hide minor scuffs and scratches and maintain a clean appearance. For an easy installation and a custom fit, these truck mud flaps are made vehicle-specific. This particular set fits specific years of the Ram 3500 (see application info to verify fitment). They install with corrosion-resistant fasteners and high-strength steel mounting brackets with a galvanized finish for long-lasting durability. Universal mud flaps are also available.

LUVERNE has manufactured truck accessories in the United States since 1963, specialising in grille guards, running boards, side steps and mud guards for pickups, commercial vans and SUVs. Products are built primarily from stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel, with model-specific mounting kits that use existing frame locations for a bolt-on installation.
LUVERNE has been manufacturing automotive accessories in the United States since 1963, and six decades of continuous production have made it a nationally recognised name in the truck accessory market. Now a Lippert brand, it concentrates on a defined set of products rather than spreading across the whole aftermarket: front-end protection, step access and spray protection for pickup trucks, commercial vans and sport utility vehicles.
Step products are the largest part of the catalog and the range is unusually deep, because the right step depends on the vehicle's ride height, the width of the rocker panel and how often people get in and out. The O-Mega II six-inch oval steps give a wide, flat standing surface in polished stainless or black powder coat, while the Regal 7 seven-inch oval steps go wider still for full-size crew cabs and lifted trucks. The broader running board and side bar range covers round tube, oval and boxed profiles across cab configurations, with treads positioned at the door openings where they are used.
Grille guards protect the front end against impacts, brush and road debris, built in tubular stainless or steel with model-specific brackets that tie into factory frame mounting points. Because the fit is engineered per vehicle, installation is a bolt-on job that does not require drilling or cutting on most applications.
Rounding out the line, LUVERNE mud guards and mud flaps shield rocker panels, paint and following vehicles from stones and road spray, in widths matched to the tyre and fender they sit behind. Material choice runs through everything the brand does: stainless steel where appearance and corrosion resistance matter most, aluminium where weight is the priority, and mild steel with protective coating where strength and value lead. Customers include contractors, fleet operators, van upfitters and truck owners.

The kit includes the mudguard with stainless steel inserts (covered in vinyl), a support bracket (Item #7), and fasteners: SEMS screws M4.8 X 25mm (Item #3), #10-24 button head screws (Item #2), washers (Item #4), nuts (Item #5), and ¼" X ¾" thread-forming screws (Item #6). Verify all parts are present before starting installation.
Yes. Peel away the vinyl covering and clean the stainless steel mud guard inserts to remove any vinyl residue. A good glass cleaner is recommended for cleaning.
Yes. You must cut an 8" slit in the corner of the wheel well liner to allow the mudguard to slide into place. This is a permanent modification to the wheel well liner.
Two pilot hole sizes are required: ¼" diameter holes drilled through the plastic wheel well liner (steps 3.2 and 3.4), and one 3/16" diameter pilot hole drilled into the box stiffener (step 3.3).
Remove the factory wheel well retaining screws from the wheel well flange. Slide the mudguard into the 8" slit you cut in the wheel well liner corner, positioning it against the wheel well flange. You can move the mudguard in or out as desired before final tightening. Level the mudguard before tightening all fasteners.
Replace the factory retaining screws with SEMS screws M4.8 X 25mm (Item #3). These are installed at the wheel well flange where the mudguard is positioned.
Place the bracket (Item #7) against the box stiffener. Use the hole in the bracket as a guide to drill a 3/16" pilot hole into the stiffener, then screw in a ¼" X ¾" thread-forming screw (Item #6).
Press the bottom of the bracket towards the mudguard and drill a ¼" pilot hole through the wheel well plastic liner using the hole in the bracket as a guide. Fasten the mudguard and plastic liner to the support bracket using #10-24 UNC button head screws, washers (Item #4), and nuts (Item #5). Tighten all fasteners.
