In the field or on the job, the UWS UTV tool box is a reliable companion for your side-by-side. Assembled right here in the USA, this box is designed for a custom fit, integrating with the layout of your UTV and providing functional storage and organization of your tools and other cargo. The box features extra-thick, one-piece aluminum construction, our patented RigidCore foam-filled lid and stainless steel locking handles. It measures 59-3/4" x 12-1/4" x 10-1/4". The tub is made with 0.058" thick aluminum, welded together into a single piece for added strength. It is also shielded in a durable black powder coat finish for maximum corrosion resistance. The lid of this UTV tool box features our patented RigidCore foam-filled design. This strengthens the lid against warping and promotes smooth opening and closing. It also features self-opening gas struts for convenient access when your hands are full. The lid is finished with a MicroSeal gasket around the edges to keep out moisture and debris. For dependable security and long-lasting operation, the UWS UTV tool box is equipped with stainless steel locking handles. These key-operated handles deter theft of your tools and other items, and allow for easy access with simple lift paddles. Like all UWS tool boxes, this UTV box is assembled right here in the USA for style and long-lasting dependability (NOTE: Brackets are not included with this package and must be purchased separately).

UWS designs and builds heavy-duty truck tool boxes and storage for tradespeople and truck owners. The line covers crossover and side-mount boxes, chest boxes, underbody boxes, transfer tanks and dog boxes. Every aluminum box is designed, fabricated and welded in Perry, Florida, with construction aimed at job-site abuse, road vibration and daily use.
UWS is a leading manufacturer and designer of truck tool boxes and truck accessories, and a Lippert brand. The company's focus is narrow and deliberate: storage that stands up to being opened and slammed shut dozens of times a day, loaded past what looks reasonable, and left outdoors in whatever weather the job brings. Its customers are electricians, plumbers, contractors, farmers, outdoorsmen and truck owners who treat a pickup as a working tool rather than transport.
The catalog covers the full range of bed storage. Crossover boxes sit across the bed behind the cab in single-lid, gull-wing, secure-lock and low-profile styles, so there is a fit whether the priority is capacity, rear visibility or working under a tonneau. Side-mount boxes mount along the bed rails and keep the bed floor free for cargo, while underbody boxes tuck beneath the frame rails of service bodies and flatbeds.
Beyond the bed, UWS makes portable chest boxes that move between vehicles and the shop, transfer tanks and combination tank-and-toolbox units for crews working away from fuel supply, and insulated, ventilated dog boxes for hunters and handlers.
Manufacturing sits at the centre of the brand's identity. Every UWS aluminum tool box is designed, fabricated and welded in Perry, Florida, by tradespeople with decades of experience, and the company's Rooted in Trades initiative is built around that connection to skilled manual work. Boxes use heavy-gauge aluminum, continuous welds at the seams, weather stripping to seal against rain and dust, and locking systems intended to resist tampering. The practical result is storage that keeps tools dry, organized and where they were left.

UWS | Tough. Reliable.
The UTV-59-MB is a crossover tool box designed for installation in a UTV (utility terrain vehicle) bed. It provides secure storage for tools and equipment in your vehicle bed.
Yes. Vehicle-specific hardware is sold separately and is required for installation. The hardware kit is referenced throughout the manual and contains fasteners specific to your vehicle model. Refer to the vehicle-specific hardware kit manual for complete installation instructions.
The manual states to refer to the vehicle-specific hardware kit for the complete tools list. A tape measure is needed to center the toolbox in the truck bed during installation. Basic hand tools for fastening are required, though the exact set depends on your vehicle's hardware kit.
Place the toolbox in the truck bed and use a tape measure to ensure it is centered. Open the toolbox lid and verify there is adequate clearance between the open lid and both the top and back of the cab. Refer to your vehicle-specific hardware kit manual for further installation instructions.
The manual does not specify whether drilling is required for your vehicle. Before drilling into your UTV bed, you must check underneath the vehicle to ensure the drill location does not puncture, cut or obstruct any brake lines, fuel lines, electrical wires, fuel tanks or other components. Consult your vehicle-specific hardware kit manual for exact drilling locations and procedures.
General torque specifications are M6 bolt: 3 ft-lbs and 1/4" bolt: 3 ft-lbs. However, the manual states that if purchasing hardware separately, use the torque specifications provided with that hardware instead of these general guidelines. Always follow the specifications included with your vehicle-specific hardware kit.
Do not use this product for storing or transporting flammables, explosives, hazardous materials or hazardous waste, including gasoline, solvents, gunpowder, dynamite, propane tanks, acetylene tanks and cutting torches. Doing so creates a danger of explosion.
Never exceed the vehicle manufacturer's recommended capacity. The manual does not specify the toolbox's own capacity rating; refer to your vehicle's owner manual for the maximum bed load capacity.
Yes. This product can reduce the driver's ability to clearly see roadways, vehicular or pedestrian traffic and other objects through the rear and side windows of the vehicle, which may cause an accident. Extra precaution should be taken when driving a vehicle with this product installed.
Ensure all knobs, bolts, screws, straps and locks are firmly secured before every trip. Periodically re-tighten and inspect all components for signs of wear, corrosion and fatigue. With the crossover toolbox installed, periodic inspections should be performed to ensure all mounting hardware remains tight.
For polished, gloss and other smooth finishes, polish may be used to clear small scratches and scuffs. Clean the product with mild automotive detergent. Do not use dish detergent, abrasive cleaners, abrasive pads, wire brushes or other similar products that may damage the finish. Periodically lubricate the strikers and locks to ensure optimum performance. Treat or seal all fasteners and exposed metal in any holes drilled in the vehicle to prevent corrosion.
If the strikers are ever out of alignment, simply loosen, adjust and re-tighten them. Periodically lubricate the strikers and locks to ensure optimum performance.
No. Do not interfere with factory-installed safety equipment. Ensure your installation does not obstruct or damage any factory safety systems.
Before drilling into your UTV bed, check under your vehicle to ensure the drill location does not puncture, cut or obstruct any brake or fuel fluid lines, electrical wires, fuel tanks, etc. Precaution must be taken that all fasteners near the fuel tank do not create the possibility of fuel tank puncture or other damage during a collision. After drilling, treat or seal all fasteners and exposed metal in any holes to prevent corrosion.
