The WeatherTech FloorLiner DigitalFit accurately and completely lines the interior carpet giving absolute interior protection. Digital laser measurements of interior surfaces offer a consistently perfect fit. A patent pending HighDensity TriExtruded (HDTE) material allows for a rigid core for strength while offering surface friction to the carpet, as well as tactile feel to the surface. Advanced surfacing creates channels that carry fluids and debris to a lower reservoir with further channeling to help minimize fluid movement while driving. Once fluids become trapped in the reservoir, away from shoes and clothing, they are easily removed from the WeatherTech FloorLiner DigitalFit over the door sill. No muss-no fuss.
WeatherTech designs and manufactures custom-fit vehicle protection products, most recognisably the laser-measured FloorLiner. The range extends to all-weather floor mats, cargo and trunk liners, mud flaps, bed liners, sun shades and interior accessories. More than 95 percent of production happens in the company's own Illinois factories, with parts engineered vehicle by vehicle rather than trimmed to fit.
WeatherTech was founded in 1989 by David MacNeil, working out of his home in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. He was dissatisfied with the automotive floor mats then sold in the United States, which neither contained dirt and water well nor cleaned up easily, so the company began by importing higher-grade mats from England. Convinced a better product could be built domestically, MacNeil moved to U.S. contract manufacturing in the mid-1990s and by 2007 had shifted the entire line into company-owned facilities in the Chicago suburbs.
The brand is best known for the FloorLiner, a floor mat digitally measured to the exact contours of a specific vehicle's footwell, with raised edges that channel water, mud and salt away from the carpet. The same custom-fit approach carries through the rest of the catalog. Cargo and trunk liners protect the load area of SUVs and wagons, bed liners guard pickup beds against cargo damage, and window deflectors, sun shades and seat protection round out interior coverage.
Outside the cabin, WeatherTech produces mud flaps that mount without drilling on most applications, along with complete mud flap kits that shield rocker panels and paint from stone chips and road spray. The company also makes home and pet products using the same materials and tooling.
Scale is part of the story. WeatherTech maintains more than ten thousand floor mat part numbers, has developed thousands of product molds in-house, employs well over a thousand people in the United States, and sells into seventy-nine countries. Products are designed and engineered at a development center in Downers Grove and produced in Bolingbrook, Illinois. For owners of work trucks, family vehicles and anything driven through winter salt or job-site mud, the appeal is straightforward: parts that fit one vehicle properly, made from materials that stay flexible in cold and wipe clean.

LHS (Left Hand Side) or RHS (Right Hand Side) is molded into the underside of the floor mat adjacent to the part number (for example, W102-LHS). The FloorLiners will only fit the correct side of the vehicle. Install the LHS mat on the driver's side and the RHS mat on the passenger's side.
Yes. You must remove all other floor mats from the vehicle before installing WeatherTech FloorLiners or All-Weather Floor Mats. The mats are designed to be placed directly on the floor only, not on top of any other floor mat. Do not stack FloorLiners or All-Weather Floor Mats.
WeatherTech FloorLiners use retention hooks, retention grommets, or anchors depending on the vehicle application. You must ensure that either factory-supplied retention hooks are installed in the floor (where applicable), or install the specific supplied hooks that came with the FloorLiners, or utilize the supplied retention grommets or anchors if equipped.
1. Select the correct LHS (Left Hand Side) FloorLiner for your vehicle. 2. Ensure factory-supplied retention hooks are installed in the floor, or install the supplied hooks/grommets/anchors. 3. Install the LHS FloorLiner on the driver's side. 4. Insert the retention hooks into and through the hook holes, or engage the retention grommets. 5. Pull the mat forward to confirm the retention hooks or grommets are fully engaged and the mat is securely fastened. If you cannot fully insert the hooks or engage the grommets, do not use the mat.
After installation, move the accelerator, brake and clutch pedals (if applicable) through their full range of motion to confirm there is no interference with the FloorLiner. Before starting the vehicle and every time before use, ensure the mats are installed correctly, secured by retention hooks and/or grommets, and do not interfere with pedal operation. Check that no loose objects are lodged where they could interfere with pedal operation.
No. You must install the FloorLiners right side up, not upside down. The retention hook bosses, hook holes or retention grommets are located towards the rear or bottom portion of the FloorLiner, near the seat rails.
If the FloorLiner becomes loose or able to move forward while driving, stop the vehicle at the next safe location and reinstall the FloorLiner properly and securely. If this is not possible, remove the FloorLiner and place it in the trunk.
No. FloorLiners or All-Weather Floor Mats are not to be used in stunt cars or cars driven in competitive events, timed events or performance driving schools.
