Contoured specifically for each application and molded from a proprietary thermoplastic resin, the WeatherTech No-Drill MudFlap will offer undeniable vehicle protection.Unparalleled ProtectionThe WeatherTech MudFlap provides protection for your vehicles most vulnerable rust area. No-Drill MudFlaps protect the fender and rocker panel from stone chips, slush, dirt and debris. QualityWeatherTech MudFlaps are proudly designed, engineered and manufactured with American made tooling in the USA.Warranty WeatherTech MudFlaps are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Exclusions to this warranty are wear due to severe abrasive conditions and chemical contamination, such as spilled gasoline, bleach, etc.

WeatherTech designs and manufactures custom-fit vehicle protection products, most recognisably the laser-measured FloorLiner. The range extends to all-weather floor mats, cargo and trunk liners, mud flaps, bed liners, sun shades and interior accessories. More than 95 percent of production happens in the company's own Illinois factories, with parts engineered vehicle by vehicle rather than trimmed to fit.
WeatherTech was founded in 1989 by David MacNeil, working out of his home in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. He was dissatisfied with the automotive floor mats then sold in the United States, which neither contained dirt and water well nor cleaned up easily, so the company began by importing higher-grade mats from England. Convinced a better product could be built domestically, MacNeil moved to U.S. contract manufacturing in the mid-1990s and by 2007 had shifted the entire line into company-owned facilities in the Chicago suburbs.
The brand is best known for the FloorLiner, a floor mat digitally measured to the exact contours of a specific vehicle's footwell, with raised edges that channel water, mud and salt away from the carpet. The same custom-fit approach carries through the rest of the catalog. Cargo and trunk liners protect the load area of SUVs and wagons, bed liners guard pickup beds against cargo damage, and window deflectors, sun shades and seat protection round out interior coverage.
Outside the cabin, WeatherTech produces mud flaps that mount without drilling on most applications, along with complete mud flap kits that shield rocker panels and paint from stone chips and road spray. The company also makes home and pet products using the same materials and tooling.
Scale is part of the story. WeatherTech maintains more than ten thousand floor mat part numbers, has developed thousands of product molds in-house, employs well over a thousand people in the United States, and sells into seventy-nine countries. Products are designed and engineered at a development center in Downers Grove and produced in Bolingbrook, Illinois. For owners of work trucks, family vehicles and anything driven through winter salt or job-site mud, the appeal is straightforward: parts that fit one vehicle properly, made from materials that stay flexible in cold and wipe clean.

The WeatherTech MudFlap No-Drill DigitalFit; Black 110045 (Part #BHTJ110045) Refer to the included instructions for installation details. Basic hand tools are typically all you need.
The WeatherTech No-Drill MudFlap is a protective guard designed to be installed on vehicle fenders to protect against mud, debris, and road spray. When properly installed, it provides years of protection. The product is called "No-Drill" because the standard installation does not require drilling into the vehicle body—it uses existing factory fastener holes and clips on the wheel well liner.
No. The MudFlap is designed to fit vehicles with standard size wheels and tires only. Installation on vehicles with aftermarket wheels or oversize tires may interfere with the MudFlap, will void the warranty, and may damage the MudFlap or the vehicle. You must use standard factory-size wheels and tires for safe installation.
You will need: a ratchet and socket set, a Phillips screwdriver (stubby preferred), and a 7/16" box end wrench. The stubby screwdriver is preferred because it provides better access in tight spaces during installation.
The Parts Kit includes: (2) ¼" x 20 x 1" truss head bolts, (2) ¼" x 20 lock nuts, (2) #12 x 24 x ¾" Phillips head machine screws, (2) #12 x 24 lock nuts, and (2) ¾" washers. This hardware is used to attach the MudFlap to the fender and wheel well liner.
Thoroughly wash your vehicle and take care to remove all dirt, debris, and stains from each fender in the areas where the MudFlap will be installed. Clean fenders ensure proper alignment and a secure fit. Park the vehicle on level ground before beginning installation.
For the driver's side MudFlap installation, park the vehicle on level ground with the wheels turned fully to the left. For the passenger side installation, turn the wheels fully to the right. This positioning provides better access to the fender and wheel well liner fastening points.
Yes. You must locate and remove the fasteners holding the Chip Guard to the fender lip. For a large Chip Guard, first carefully unscrew the Phillips head screw to remove the plastic rivet, then remove the rest of the rivet and the Chip Guard. For a small Chip Guard, skip this step. The fasteners you remove will be reused during MudFlap installation.
Place the MudFlap marked "LH" (left-hand/driver side) in position on the fender. Line up the holes in the MudFlap with the holes in the fender lip and the wheel well liner behind it. Proper alignment is critical before inserting fasteners.
No. After inserting the previously removed fasteners through the MudFlap and fender lip and threading them into the clip on the wheel well liner, do not tighten them at this time. Wait until after you have attached the machine screw (for small Chip Guard) or completed the next steps, then tighten all fasteners while pressing the MudFlap firmly against the fender.
For a small Chip Guard, after removing it, you proceed directly to aligning and installing the MudFlap. For a large Chip Guard, you must first remove the plastic rivet by unscrewing the Phillips head screw, then remove the rivet and Chip Guard before proceeding. After the MudFlap is positioned, small Chip Guard installation requires attaching a machine screw with washer using the 7/16" box end wrench to hold the nut behind the fender hole. Large Chip Guard installation skips this machine screw step.
Using the 7/16" box end wrench, hold the nut for the smaller machine screw behind the hole in the fender. Attach the machine screw with washer through the MudFlap. This step applies only to small Chip Guard installations; large Chip Guard installations skip this step.
After tightening all fasteners on the driver's side while pressing the MudFlap firmly against the fender, repeat steps 3–9 for the passenger side. Turn the wheels fully to the right and follow the same installation sequence: remove the Chip Guard, position the MudFlap marked "RH" (right-hand/passenger side), insert and tighten fasteners, and attach the machine screw if applicable.
No, drilling is not required for the standard installation. The product is called "No-Drill" because it uses existing factory fastener holes and clips. However, an optional third fastening point can be added by drilling a ¼" hole into the plastic wheel well liner behind the third hole provided in the MudFlap for additional support. This optional drilling is only into plastic and is not required.
Yes, this is optional. After the two main fasteners have been tightened, you can drill or cut a ¼" hole into the plastic liner behind the third hole provided in the MudFlap. Use the third hole in the MudFlap as a guide to drill the additional hole (this hole will only be in the plastic, not through the fender). Use the provided hardware to secure this optional third point.
The WeatherTech No-Drill MudFlap carries a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when installed correctly. Installation on vehicles with aftermarket wheels or oversize tires will void this warranty.
No. The MudFlap is designed for standard size wheels and tires only. Installation on aftermarket or oversized wheels may interfere with the MudFlap, void the warranty, and damage the product or vehicle.
You need a ratchet and socket set, Phillips screwdriver (stubby preferred), and a 7/16" box end wrench. No power tools or drilling equipment is required for standard installation.
Yes. Thoroughly wash your vehicle and remove all dirt, debris, and stains from each fender in the installation areas. Clean fenders ensure proper fit and alignment.
No. The "No-Drill" design uses existing factory fastener holes and clips. An optional ¼" hole can be drilled into the plastic wheel well liner for additional support, but this is not required.
3 years against defects in materials and workmanship when installed correctly. Warranty is void if installed on vehicles with aftermarket or oversized wheels.
