Introducing the WeatherTech DigitalFit No-Drill MudFlap! Contoured specifically for each application and molded from a proprietary thermoplastic resin, the WeatherTech No-Drill MudFlap will offer undeniable vehicle protection.Unparalleled ProtectionThe WeatherTech MudFlap provides protection for your vehicles most vulnerable rust area. No-Drill MudFlaps protect the fender and rocker panel from stone chips, slush, dirt and debris. QualityWeatherTech MudFlaps are proudly designed, engineered and manufactured with American made tooling in the USA.Warranty WeatherTech MudFlaps are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Exclusions to this warranty are wear due to severe abrasive conditions and chemical contamination, such as spilled gasoline, bleach, etc.

WeatherTech designs and manufactures custom-fit vehicle protection products, most recognisably the laser-measured FloorLiner. The range extends to all-weather floor mats, cargo and trunk liners, mud flaps, bed liners, sun shades and interior accessories. More than 95 percent of production happens in the company's own Illinois factories, with parts engineered vehicle by vehicle rather than trimmed to fit.
WeatherTech was founded in 1989 by David MacNeil, working out of his home in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. He was dissatisfied with the automotive floor mats then sold in the United States, which neither contained dirt and water well nor cleaned up easily, so the company began by importing higher-grade mats from England. Convinced a better product could be built domestically, MacNeil moved to U.S. contract manufacturing in the mid-1990s and by 2007 had shifted the entire line into company-owned facilities in the Chicago suburbs.
The brand is best known for the FloorLiner, a floor mat digitally measured to the exact contours of a specific vehicle's footwell, with raised edges that channel water, mud and salt away from the carpet. The same custom-fit approach carries through the rest of the catalog. Cargo and trunk liners protect the load area of SUVs and wagons, bed liners guard pickup beds against cargo damage, and window deflectors, sun shades and seat protection round out interior coverage.
Outside the cabin, WeatherTech produces mud flaps that mount without drilling on most applications, along with complete mud flap kits that shield rocker panels and paint from stone chips and road spray. The company also makes home and pet products using the same materials and tooling.
Scale is part of the story. WeatherTech maintains more than ten thousand floor mat part numbers, has developed thousands of product molds in-house, employs well over a thousand people in the United States, and sells into seventy-nine countries. Products are designed and engineered at a development center in Downers Grove and produced in Bolingbrook, Illinois. For owners of work trucks, family vehicles and anything driven through winter salt or job-site mud, the appeal is straightforward: parts that fit one vehicle properly, made from materials that stay flexible in cold and wipe clean.

No. The MudFlap is designed to fit vehicles with standard size wheels and tires only. Installation on vehicles with aftermarket wheels or oversize tires may interfere with the MudFlap, will void the warranty, and may damage the MudFlap or the vehicle. If your vehicle has non-standard wheels or tires, do not install this product.
Yes. The WeatherTech No-Drill MudFlap uses existing OEM fasteners already on your vehicle, so no drilling is required. The installation uses the three factory fasteners that are already present on the fender.
You will need: a hex key (included), a T15 Torx bit (included), and a ratchet and socket set. The hex key is used to operate the QuickTurn fastener, and the Torx bit is used to remove and reinstall the three factory fasteners.
No. Installation requires only the OEM fasteners already on your vehicle. The three factory fasteners are removed, set aside, and then reinstalled through the MudFlap. No additional hardware is needed.
Thoroughly wash your vehicle and remove all dirt, debris, and stains from each fender in the areas where the MudFlaps will be installed. Park the vehicle on level ground with the wheels turned fully to the left to begin installation on the driver's side.
The QuickTurn fastener is a quick-connect mechanism on the MudFlap. It starts in the unlocked position. As you rotate it with the supplied hex key, it moves to the lock position and stops. Continue turning the hex key to tighten the flap onto the metal fender. This fastener is used in addition to the three factory bolts.
Install one at a time. Begin with the driver's side MudFlap marked 'LH' with the wheels turned fully to the left. After completing steps 3–7 for the driver's side, install the passenger side MudFlap marked 'RH' by turning the wheels fully to the right and repeating the same steps.
Turning the wheels fully left provides access to the driver's side wheel well and fender area for the LH MudFlap installation. Turning the wheels fully right provides access to the passenger's side wheel well and fender area for the RH MudFlap installation. This positioning allows you to properly align and install each flap.
1. Wash the vehicle and remove dirt from the fender areas. 2. Park on level ground with wheels turned fully left. 3. Locate the three factory fasteners on the driver's side. 4. Remove the three factory fasteners using the T15 Torx bit and set them aside. 5. Ensure the QuickTurn fastener on the LH MudFlap is in the unlocked position. 6. Align the LH MudFlap with the wheel well and corresponding holes. 7. Press the MudFlap against the fender and rotate the QuickTurn fastener with the hex key until it locks and stops, then continue turning to tighten. 8. Reinstall the three factory bolts through the MudFlap and tighten. 9. Repeat steps 3–8 for the passenger side (RH MudFlap) with wheels turned fully right.
Place the MudFlap up to the wheel well and align it with the corresponding holes. The MudFlap is marked 'LH' for the driver's side and 'RH' for the passenger's side. The three factory fastener holes on the fender will guide the alignment. Press the MudFlap against the fender contour while tightening the QuickTurn fastener.
No. This product is designed for standard size wheels and tires only. Installation on aftermarket wheels or oversized tires may interfere with the MudFlap, void the warranty, and damage the product or vehicle.
