Contoured specifically for each application and molded from a proprietary thermoplastic resin, the WeatherTech No-Drill MudFlap will offer undeniable vehicle protection.Unparalleled ProtectionThe WeatherTech MudFlap provides protection for your vehicles most vulnerable rust area. No-Drill MudFlaps protect the fender and rocker panel from stone chips, slush, dirt and debris. QualityWeatherTech MudFlaps are proudly designed, engineered and manufactured with American made tooling in the USA.Warranty WeatherTech MudFlaps are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Exclusions to this warranty are wear due to severe abrasive conditions and chemical contamination, such as spilled gasoline, bleach, etc.

WeatherTech designs and manufactures custom-fit vehicle protection products, most recognisably the laser-measured FloorLiner. The range extends to all-weather floor mats, cargo and trunk liners, mud flaps, bed liners, sun shades and interior accessories. More than 95 percent of production happens in the company's own Illinois factories, with parts engineered vehicle by vehicle rather than trimmed to fit.
WeatherTech was founded in 1989 by David MacNeil, working out of his home in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. He was dissatisfied with the automotive floor mats then sold in the United States, which neither contained dirt and water well nor cleaned up easily, so the company began by importing higher-grade mats from England. Convinced a better product could be built domestically, MacNeil moved to U.S. contract manufacturing in the mid-1990s and by 2007 had shifted the entire line into company-owned facilities in the Chicago suburbs.
The brand is best known for the FloorLiner, a floor mat digitally measured to the exact contours of a specific vehicle's footwell, with raised edges that channel water, mud and salt away from the carpet. The same custom-fit approach carries through the rest of the catalog. Cargo and trunk liners protect the load area of SUVs and wagons, bed liners guard pickup beds against cargo damage, and window deflectors, sun shades and seat protection round out interior coverage.
Outside the cabin, WeatherTech produces mud flaps that mount without drilling on most applications, along with complete mud flap kits that shield rocker panels and paint from stone chips and road spray. The company also makes home and pet products using the same materials and tooling.
Scale is part of the story. WeatherTech maintains more than ten thousand floor mat part numbers, has developed thousands of product molds in-house, employs well over a thousand people in the United States, and sells into seventy-nine countries. Products are designed and engineered at a development center in Downers Grove and produced in Bolingbrook, Illinois. For owners of work trucks, family vehicles and anything driven through winter salt or job-site mud, the appeal is straightforward: parts that fit one vehicle properly, made from materials that stay flexible in cold and wipe clean.

The WeatherTech No-Drill MudFlap (model 67MF557) is a protective flap designed to shield your vehicle's fenders from mud and road debris. It is installed using existing factory fasteners on your vehicle, requiring no drilling into the fender. When properly installed, it provides years of protection and is backed by a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
No. The MudFlap is designed to fit vehicles with standard size wheels and tires only. Installation on vehicles with aftermarket wheels or oversize tires may interfere with the MudFlap, will void the warranty, and may damage the MudFlap or the vehicle. If your vehicle has non-standard wheels or tires, this product is not compatible.
You will need: a socket wrench or wrench, a razor knife, and a hex key (included in Parts Kit F). A trim clip remover is optional but recommended—if you do not have one, you can cut the backside of the plastic rivet head and remove it manually. No power tools are required.
No. The installation requires using the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) fasteners already on your vehicle. The manual specifies that you will remove and reuse three factory bolts from your vehicle's fender. The hex key needed for the QuickTurn fastener is included in Parts Kit F.
Thoroughly wash your vehicle and carefully remove all dirt, debris, and stains from each fender in the areas where the MudFlap will be installed. Park the vehicle on level ground. For the driver's side installation, turn the wheels fully to the left. For the passenger side, turn them fully to the right. This positioning provides access to the fender and wheel well areas.
1. Wash and clean the fender area. 2. Park on level ground with wheels turned fully left. 3. Locate the two factory bolts and plastic rivet on the fender. 4. Remove the two factory bolts and retain them. 5. Remove the plastic rivet using a trim clip remover or by cutting and removing it. 6. Remove the plastic chip guard by pulling it out (this part is not reinstalled). 7. Remove the bottom factory bolt and retain it. 8. Using the LH-marked MudFlap, ensure the QuickTurn fastener is unlocked, place it at the wheel well, and align with the holes. 9. Press the MudFlap against the fender and rotate the QuickTurn fastener with the hex key until it locks and stops, then continue turning to tighten. 10. Reinstall the three factory bolts through the MudFlap and tighten. 11. Repeat steps 3–10 for the passenger side using the RH-marked MudFlap with wheels turned fully right.
The QuickTurn fastener is a special locking fastener on the MudFlap. To use it: ensure it is in the unlocked position before installation, place the MudFlap at the wheel well and align it with the corresponding holes, then press the MudFlap firmly against the fender contour. Using the supplied hex key, rotate the QuickTurn fastener. It will rotate to the locked position and stop. Continue turning the hex key to tighten the MudFlap onto the metal fender.
No. The plastic chip guard is removed during installation and will not be reinstalled. It is a temporary protective part that is discarded.
If a trim clip remover is not available, cut the backside of the plastic rivet head with a razor knife and remove the rivet. The trim clip remover is optional but recommended for easier removal.
You remove a total of three factory bolts: two bolts are removed in step 4, and one additional bolt is removed in step 8. All three bolts are retained and reinstalled through the MudFlap in step 10 and tightened.
No drilling into the fender is required. The MudFlap uses existing factory fastener holes on your vehicle. The only cutting involved is optional—removing the plastic rivet by cutting its backside if you do not have a trim clip remover. The plastic chip guard is also removed by pulling it out.
The manual does not provide torque specifications for the factory bolts. Tighten them securely using the appropriate socket wrench, but refer to your vehicle's service manual or contact WeatherTech customer support at (630) 769-1500 (or (888) 905-6287 for Canadian customers) for the correct torque value for your specific vehicle.
The WeatherTech No-Drill MudFlap carries a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when installed correctly. Installation on vehicles with aftermarket wheels or oversize tires will void the warranty.
No. It is designed for standard size wheels and tires only. Installation on aftermarket or oversized wheels/tires may interfere with the MudFlap, void the warranty, and damage the product or vehicle.
