Contoured specifically for each application and molded from a proprietary thermoplastic resin, the WeatherTech No-Drill MudFlap will offer undeniable vehicle protection.Unparalleled ProtectionThe WeatherTech MudFlap provides protection for your vehicles most vulnerable rust area. No-Drill MudFlaps protect the fender and rocker panel from stone chips, slush, dirt and debris. QualityWeatherTech MudFlaps are proudly designed, engineered and manufactured with American made tooling in the USA.Warranty WeatherTech MudFlaps are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Exclusions to this warranty are wear due to severe abrasive conditions and chemical contamination, such as spilled gasoline, bleach, etc.

WeatherTech designs and manufactures custom-fit vehicle protection products, most recognisably the laser-measured FloorLiner. The range extends to all-weather floor mats, cargo and trunk liners, mud flaps, bed liners, sun shades and interior accessories. More than 95 percent of production happens in the company's own Illinois factories, with parts engineered vehicle by vehicle rather than trimmed to fit.
WeatherTech was founded in 1989 by David MacNeil, working out of his home in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. He was dissatisfied with the automotive floor mats then sold in the United States, which neither contained dirt and water well nor cleaned up easily, so the company began by importing higher-grade mats from England. Convinced a better product could be built domestically, MacNeil moved to U.S. contract manufacturing in the mid-1990s and by 2007 had shifted the entire line into company-owned facilities in the Chicago suburbs.
The brand is best known for the FloorLiner, a floor mat digitally measured to the exact contours of a specific vehicle's footwell, with raised edges that channel water, mud and salt away from the carpet. The same custom-fit approach carries through the rest of the catalog. Cargo and trunk liners protect the load area of SUVs and wagons, bed liners guard pickup beds against cargo damage, and window deflectors, sun shades and seat protection round out interior coverage.
Outside the cabin, WeatherTech produces mud flaps that mount without drilling on most applications, along with complete mud flap kits that shield rocker panels and paint from stone chips and road spray. The company also makes home and pet products using the same materials and tooling.
Scale is part of the story. WeatherTech maintains more than ten thousand floor mat part numbers, has developed thousands of product molds in-house, employs well over a thousand people in the United States, and sells into seventy-nine countries. Products are designed and engineered at a development center in Downers Grove and produced in Bolingbrook, Illinois. For owners of work trucks, family vehicles and anything driven through winter salt or job-site mud, the appeal is straightforward: parts that fit one vehicle properly, made from materials that stay flexible in cold and wipe clean.

The WeatherTech MudFlap No-Drill DigitalFit; Black 120050 (Part #BHTJ120050) Refer to the included instructions for installation details. Basic hand tools are typically all you need.
The WeatherTech No-Drill MudFlap (model 67MF558) is a protective fender accessory designed to shield your vehicle from mud and road debris. It is installed without drilling into your vehicle and comes with a hardware kit (48MF544) containing all necessary fasteners and a hex key for installation.
No. The MudFlap is designed for vehicles with standard size wheels and tires only. Installation on vehicles with aftermarket wheels or oversize tires may interfere with the MudFlap, will void the warranty, and may damage both the MudFlap and your vehicle. You must use standard factory-size wheels and tires for safe installation.
You will need: a socket wrench or wrench, a Phillips screwdriver, a razor knife, and a hex key (included in the kit). A trim clip remover is optional but helpful for removing factory plastic rivets; if you don't have one, you can cut the rivet heads with the razor knife instead.
The hardware kit 48MF544 includes: 6 #12-24 x 3/4" Phillips head machine screws, 6 black lock nuts, and 6 aluminum washers. However, you only use 3 screws, 3 nuts, and 3 washers per MudFlap (3 per side for left and right installation).
Thoroughly wash your vehicle and remove all dirt, debris, and stains from each fender in the areas where the MudFlaps will be installed. Then park the vehicle on level ground before beginning installation.
Yes. You must locate and remove the 2 factory plastic rivets on the underside of the metal fender. If you have a trim clip remover tool, use it to remove the rivets. If not, cut the backsides of the rivet heads behind the fender edge trim and remove them manually.
The QuickTurn fastener is a special locking mechanism on the MudFlap. Before installation, ensure it is in the unlocked position. During installation, you press the MudFlap against the fender and rotate the QuickTurn fastener with the supplied hex key. It will rotate to the "lock" position and stop, then you continue turning to fully tighten the MudFlap onto the metal fender.
Using the MudFlap marked "LH" (driver side), ensure the QuickTurn fastener is unlocked. Place the MudFlap up to the wheel well and align it with the corresponding holes. Using 3 screws, 3 aluminum washers, and 3 nuts, attach the MudFlap loosely to the three mounting points. The aluminum washers must be placed between the lock nut and the vehicle to prevent corrosion.
Aluminum washers must be placed between the lock nut and the vehicle to prevent corrosion. This protects both the fasteners and the vehicle's metal fender from rust and deterioration.
First, tighten the QuickTurn fastener by rotating it with the supplied hex key while pressing the MudFlap against the fender. Once the QuickTurn fastener is fully tightened, then fully tighten the top and bottom mounts (the 3 screws and nuts).
Install the passenger side MudFlap marked "RH" by turning the wheels fully to the right, then repeat steps 3 through 8 (removing rivets, loosely attaching with fasteners, and tightening the QuickTurn fastener and mounts).
No. The MudFlap is designed for standard size wheels and tires only. Installation on aftermarket or oversized wheels/tires may interfere with the MudFlap, void the warranty, and damage both the MudFlap and vehicle.
You need a socket wrench or wrench, Phillips screwdriver, razor knife, and the included hex key. A trim clip remover is optional but helpful for removing factory rivets.
No. This is a no-drill MudFlap. Installation uses existing factory mounting holes and does not require drilling into your vehicle.
Yes. You must remove 2 factory plastic rivets from the underside of the metal fender using a trim clip remover or by cutting them out with a razor knife.
Per side: 3 #12-24 x 3/4" Phillips head machine screws, 3 black lock nuts, and 3 aluminum washers (all included in kit 48MF544). Aluminum washers must go between the lock nut and vehicle to prevent corrosion.
Tighten the QuickTurn fastener first by rotating it with the hex key while pressing the MudFlap against the fender. After it is fully tightened, then fully tighten the top and bottom mounting screws and nuts.
