Contoured specifically for each application and molded from a proprietary thermoplastic resin, the WeatherTech No-Drill MudFlap will offer undeniable vehicle protection.Unparalleled ProtectionThe WeatherTech MudFlap provides protection for your vehicles most vulnerable rust area. No-Drill MudFlaps protect the fender and rocker panel from stone chips, slush, dirt and debris. QualityWeatherTech MudFlaps are proudly designed, engineered and manufactured with American made tooling in the USA.Warranty WeatherTech MudFlaps are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Exclusions to this warranty are wear due to severe abrasive conditions and chemical contamination, such as spilled gasoline, bleach, etc.

WeatherTech designs and manufactures custom-fit vehicle protection products, most recognisably the laser-measured FloorLiner. The range extends to all-weather floor mats, cargo and trunk liners, mud flaps, bed liners, sun shades and interior accessories. More than 95 percent of production happens in the company's own Illinois factories, with parts engineered vehicle by vehicle rather than trimmed to fit.
WeatherTech was founded in 1989 by David MacNeil, working out of his home in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. He was dissatisfied with the automotive floor mats then sold in the United States, which neither contained dirt and water well nor cleaned up easily, so the company began by importing higher-grade mats from England. Convinced a better product could be built domestically, MacNeil moved to U.S. contract manufacturing in the mid-1990s and by 2007 had shifted the entire line into company-owned facilities in the Chicago suburbs.
The brand is best known for the FloorLiner, a floor mat digitally measured to the exact contours of a specific vehicle's footwell, with raised edges that channel water, mud and salt away from the carpet. The same custom-fit approach carries through the rest of the catalog. Cargo and trunk liners protect the load area of SUVs and wagons, bed liners guard pickup beds against cargo damage, and window deflectors, sun shades and seat protection round out interior coverage.
Outside the cabin, WeatherTech produces mud flaps that mount without drilling on most applications, along with complete mud flap kits that shield rocker panels and paint from stone chips and road spray. The company also makes home and pet products using the same materials and tooling.
Scale is part of the story. WeatherTech maintains more than ten thousand floor mat part numbers, has developed thousands of product molds in-house, employs well over a thousand people in the United States, and sells into seventy-nine countries. Products are designed and engineered at a development center in Downers Grove and produced in Bolingbrook, Illinois. For owners of work trucks, family vehicles and anything driven through winter salt or job-site mud, the appeal is straightforward: parts that fit one vehicle properly, made from materials that stay flexible in cold and wipe clean.

The WeatherTech No-Drill MudFlap (part number 67MF577) is a protective flap designed to shield your vehicle's fenders from mud and debris. When properly installed, it provides years of protection without requiring drilling into your vehicle's body.
No. The MudFlap is designed to fit vehicles with standard size wheels and tires only. Installation on vehicles with aftermarket wheels or oversize tires may interfere with the MudFlap, will void the warranty, and may damage the MudFlap or the vehicle.
You will need a ratchet and socket set, and a trim clip remover. The trim clip remover is used to remove the factory plastic rivet from the fender.
The Parts Kit 48MF556 includes: (2) U-Clips, (2) Hex Head Screws, and (2) Flat Washers. The factory screw removed from the fender is also retained and reused during installation.
Thoroughly wash your vehicle and remove all dirt, debris, and stains from each fender in the areas where the MudFlaps will be installed. Park the vehicle on level ground before beginning installation.
No. The WeatherTech No-Drill MudFlap is designed for installation without drilling. It uses the factory rivet and screw holes in the fender, plus a supplied U-Clip that attaches to the plastic fender edge.
Begin with the driver's side MudFlap installation. The driver's side MudFlap is marked "LH" (left-hand). After completing steps 3-7 on the driver's side, repeat the same steps for the passenger side MudFlap marked "RH" (right-hand).
Locate the factory plastic rivet and factory screw on the fender as indicated in the manual. These are the attachment points for the MudFlap.
Use the trim clip remover to remove the factory plastic rivet. The rivet will not be reused and should be discarded.
Yes. Remove the factory screw with a ratchet and appropriate sized socket and retain it for later use. The factory screw will be reinstalled in the bottom hole of the MudFlap during step 7.
The supplied U-Clip attaches the MudFlap to the plastic edge of the fender. To install it, pull the plastic fender back and press the U-Clip onto the steel fender as shown in the manual. This secures the upper portion of the MudFlap.
Yes. Pull the inner fender liner out from the bottom of the fender to access the attachment points. After installing the U-Clip, put the inner fender liner back in place before positioning the MudFlap.
Position the MudFlap marked "LH" (driver's side) or "RH" (passenger's side) between the inner fender liner and plastic edge of the fender. Slide it up and into position to align with the appropriate holes in the fender.
The top hole receives the supplied hex head screw and flat washer. The bottom hole receives the factory screw (removed in step 4) and a flat washer. Both are installed to a snug fit first, then tightened firmly once the MudFlap is aligned and pressed against the fender.
Install both screws to a snug fit first. Then, with the MudFlap aligned and pressed firmly against the fender, tighten each screw. The manual does not provide a specific torque value.
Yes. After completing steps 3-7 on the driver's side, repeat the same steps for the passenger side MudFlap marked "RH." The only difference is the side of the vehicle and the marking on the MudFlap.
