Contoured specifically for each application and molded from a proprietary thermoplastic resin, the WeatherTech No-Drill MudFlap will offer undeniable vehicle protection.Unparalleled ProtectionThe WeatherTech MudFlap provides protection for your vehicles most vulnerable rust area. No-Drill MudFlaps protect the fender and rocker panel from stone chips, slush, dirt and debris. QualityWeatherTech MudFlaps are proudly designed, engineered and manufactured with American made tooling in the USA.Warranty WeatherTech MudFlaps are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Exclusions to this warranty are wear due to severe abrasive conditions and chemical contamination, such as spilled gasoline, bleach, etc.

WeatherTech designs and manufactures custom-fit vehicle protection products, most recognisably the laser-measured FloorLiner. The range extends to all-weather floor mats, cargo and trunk liners, mud flaps, bed liners, sun shades and interior accessories. More than 95 percent of production happens in the company's own Illinois factories, with parts engineered vehicle by vehicle rather than trimmed to fit.
WeatherTech was founded in 1989 by David MacNeil, working out of his home in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. He was dissatisfied with the automotive floor mats then sold in the United States, which neither contained dirt and water well nor cleaned up easily, so the company began by importing higher-grade mats from England. Convinced a better product could be built domestically, MacNeil moved to U.S. contract manufacturing in the mid-1990s and by 2007 had shifted the entire line into company-owned facilities in the Chicago suburbs.
The brand is best known for the FloorLiner, a floor mat digitally measured to the exact contours of a specific vehicle's footwell, with raised edges that channel water, mud and salt away from the carpet. The same custom-fit approach carries through the rest of the catalog. Cargo and trunk liners protect the load area of SUVs and wagons, bed liners guard pickup beds against cargo damage, and window deflectors, sun shades and seat protection round out interior coverage.
Outside the cabin, WeatherTech produces mud flaps that mount without drilling on most applications, along with complete mud flap kits that shield rocker panels and paint from stone chips and road spray. The company also makes home and pet products using the same materials and tooling.
Scale is part of the story. WeatherTech maintains more than ten thousand floor mat part numbers, has developed thousands of product molds in-house, employs well over a thousand people in the United States, and sells into seventy-nine countries. Products are designed and engineered at a development center in Downers Grove and produced in Bolingbrook, Illinois. For owners of work trucks, family vehicles and anything driven through winter salt or job-site mud, the appeal is straightforward: parts that fit one vehicle properly, made from materials that stay flexible in cold and wipe clean.

The WeatherTech MudFlap No-Drill DigitalFit; Black 110024 (Part #BHTJ110024) Refer to the included instructions for installation details. Basic hand tools are typically all you need.
The WeatherTech No-Drill MudFlap (MF112) is a protective flap designed to be installed on vehicle fenders to provide years of protection. It is called "No-Drill" because the standard installation does not require drilling into the fender itself—it uses existing holes and fasteners in the fender lip and plastic liner.
No. The MudFlap is designed to fit vehicles with standard size wheels and tires only. Installation on vehicles with aftermarket wheels or oversize tires may interfere with the MudFlap, will void the warranty, and may damage the MudFlap or the vehicle.
You will need: a 1/4" ratchet socket set, a Phillips screwdriver (stubby preferred), and a 7/16" box end wrench.
The Parts Kit includes: (2) 3/4" washers, (2) 1/4"-20 x 1" truss head bolts, (2) 1/4"-20 locknuts, (2) #12-24 locknuts, and (2) #12-24 x 3/4" Phillips head machine screws.
Thoroughly wash your vehicle and take care to remove all dirt, debris, and stains from each fender in the areas where the MudFlaps will be installed. Park the vehicle on level ground with the wheels turned fully to the left to begin with the driver's side installation.
Begin with the driver's side MudFlap marked "LH" with the wheels turned fully to the left. After completing steps 3–8 for the driver's side, install the passenger side MudFlap marked "RH" by turning the wheels fully to the right and repeating the same steps.
Place the MudFlap marked "LH" (for driver's side) in place on the fender. Line up the holes in the MudFlap with the holes in the fender lip and the plastic liner behind it.
Yes. You must locate and remove the fastener holding the inner plastic liner to the fender lip using the appropriate socket. This fastener will be re-used during installation.
Put the sheet metal screw (previously removed) through the MudFlap and fender lip, then thread it into the clip on the plastic liner. Do not tighten at this time.
Using the box end wrench, hold the nut for the smaller machine screw behind the hole in the fender. Attach the machine screw with washer through the MudFlap.
While holding the MudFlap firmly against the fender, tighten the (2) fasteners. Do not tighten them before this step—the instructions specifically state not to tighten when initially installing the sheet metal screw.
No. The MF112 is a "No-Drill" MudFlap and the standard installation does not require drilling into the fender. However, an optional third hole can be drilled or cut into the plastic liner only for additional support.
Yes, this is optional. After the (2) main fasteners have been tightened, you can use the 3rd hole in the MudFlap as a guide to drill an additional 1/4" hole into the plastic liner behind it. This hole will only be in the plastic, not the fender.
No. The MF112 is designed for standard size wheels and tires only. Installation on aftermarket or oversize wheels/tires may interfere with the MudFlap, void the warranty, and damage the product or vehicle.
You need a 1/4" ratchet socket set, Phillips screwdriver (stubby preferred), and 7/16" box end wrench.
Wash the vehicle thoroughly and remove all dirt, debris, and stains from the fender areas where the MudFlaps will be installed. Park on level ground with wheels turned fully left for driver's side installation.
Install the driver's side (LH) first with wheels turned fully left, then the passenger side (RH) with wheels turned fully right, repeating the same steps for each side.
