WeatherTech TechLiner is the easiest to install, custom-fit solution for protecting and preserving pick-up truck beds PERIOD TechLiner armors your investment against scratches, dents and paint damage by seamlessly lining the truck bed and tailgate. The liner's soft touch material helps to prevent cargo from shifting yet provides ease to loading/unloading. Made from a 100 percent recyclable and odorless thermoplastic elastomer; TechLiner is durable, flexible and UV resistant. Custom-fit for each application, the liner securely fits the exact contours of the truck bed. Will not crack, break or warp in even extreme temperatures.

WeatherTech designs and manufactures custom-fit vehicle protection products, most recognisably the laser-measured FloorLiner. The range extends to all-weather floor mats, cargo and trunk liners, mud flaps, bed liners, sun shades and interior accessories. More than 95 percent of production happens in the company's own Illinois factories, with parts engineered vehicle by vehicle rather than trimmed to fit.
WeatherTech was founded in 1989 by David MacNeil, working out of his home in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. He was dissatisfied with the automotive floor mats then sold in the United States, which neither contained dirt and water well nor cleaned up easily, so the company began by importing higher-grade mats from England. Convinced a better product could be built domestically, MacNeil moved to U.S. contract manufacturing in the mid-1990s and by 2007 had shifted the entire line into company-owned facilities in the Chicago suburbs.
The brand is best known for the FloorLiner, a floor mat digitally measured to the exact contours of a specific vehicle's footwell, with raised edges that channel water, mud and salt away from the carpet. The same custom-fit approach carries through the rest of the catalog. Cargo and trunk liners protect the load area of SUVs and wagons, bed liners guard pickup beds against cargo damage, and window deflectors, sun shades and seat protection round out interior coverage.
Outside the cabin, WeatherTech produces mud flaps that mount without drilling on most applications, along with complete mud flap kits that shield rocker panels and paint from stone chips and road spray. The company also makes home and pet products using the same materials and tooling.
Scale is part of the story. WeatherTech maintains more than ten thousand floor mat part numbers, has developed thousands of product molds in-house, employs well over a thousand people in the United States, and sells into seventy-nine countries. Products are designed and engineered at a development center in Downers Grove and produced in Bolingbrook, Illinois. For owners of work trucks, family vehicles and anything driven through winter salt or job-site mud, the appeal is straightforward: parts that fit one vehicle properly, made from materials that stay flexible in cold and wipe clean.

Installation is actually very straightforward - WeatherTech designed this TechLiner for easy installation with no drilling or sprays required. The custom-fit design allows it to seamlessly line your truck bed and tailgate using basic tools, and installation instructions are included with your order.
The TechLiner® is a truck bed liner that provides protection for your truck bed. It adheres to the bed using Velcro discs and is designed to offer years of reliable use when installed and maintained according to WeatherTech's instructions.
Your truck bed must be in original, as-new condition, free of rust, contamination, scratches, and any previous spray-in bedliners or other coatings. The TechLiner® cannot be installed over existing bed treatments or damage.
Do not install the TechLiner® if the ambient temperature or the truck bed itself is below 50°F. Warm sun will help the TechLiner® flatten before installation, which improves the fit.
Clean your truck bed thoroughly with soap and water and dry it completely. Remove all other bed and tailgate accessories. Clean the Velcro adhesion areas with a top-quality window cleaner and a clean paper towel. Take note of the Velcro pad locations on the bottom of the TechLiner® and prevent them from becoming dirty or collecting debris.
You will need: premium window cleaner, mild soap, a sponge, and alcohol wipes (supplied with the product). A clean paper towel is also required for cleaning adhesion areas.
Remove the TechLiner® from the shipping box and lay it face down on a dry, flat surface to allow it to flatten. Then place it into the bed of the truck and center it over the contours of the truck bed before adhering the Velcro discs.
Climb into the truck bed and fold over the TechLiner® to locate the first Velcro disc without shifting the TechLiner's position. Clean the exact Velcro attachment location with the supplied alcohol wipes. Remove the plastic backing from the Velcro disc and press the TechLiner® back into place. Step on each Velcro disc for a minimum of 15 seconds to help the discs adhere. Continue this process for each Velcro disc working clockwise around the truck bed.
For ideal adhesion, if possible, do not drive your vehicle for 12 hours after installation. This allows the Velcro discs to fully set.
Do not drive the truck with the TechLiner® installed if any Velcro disc has lost adhesion. Periodically inspect the Velcro discs to ensure they remain completely adhered to the truck bed. If you suspect a Velcro disc has lost adhesion, remove the TechLiner® and contact WeatherTech® for replacement discs before using the product again.
Failure to properly adhere the TechLiner® to the bed of the truck may allow it to lift during travel, which could result in unsafe conditions for the operator of the vehicle or other vehicles nearby. It is imperative to follow the adhesion procedure exactly as described.
Periodically inspect the Velcro discs to ensure they are completely adhered to the truck bed. If at any time it is suspected that a Velcro disc has lost adhesion, do not drive the truck with the TechLiner® installed.
Clean your TechLiner® using mild soap and water. For best results, use WeatherTech's TechCare® FloorLiner™ & FloorMat Cleaner and Protector.
