The kit includes: four M10×1.25×35 hex cap screws (part 10-10298), four 7/16" conical washers (part 30-00163), one 1/4"–20×1.00 hex bolt (part 10-10424), one 1/4" washer (part 30-00188), and one 1/4" nylon lock nut (part 20-00148).

Yes. You must remove the tow hooks from both the driver and passenger side frame rails if equipped. The removed tow hooks should be returned to the customer.
Yes. The first installation step requires lowering the exhaust for easement of installation.
Remove the plastic push fastener from the driver side fascia strap and discard it. Do not remove the plastic fastener on the passenger side.
Raise the hitch into position and secure it with the four M10×1.25 hex bolts and conical washers through the existing weldnuts on the frame rails, as shown in the diagram.
Reinstall the fascia strap using the 1/4"–20×1.00 hex bolt, 1/4" washer, and 1/4" nylon lock nut.
Torque all 10mm fasteners to 48 lb-ft.
