Insert the custom connector between the separated tow plug connector and the factory connector, ensuring connectors are fully inserted with locking tabs in place. 5. Route the harness to the 7-way socket connector (factory or provided) and connect, ensuring full insertion and locking tabs in place. 6. Reinstall all removed items. 7. Reconnect the negative battery terminal. 8. Install the provided 4-flat dust cover to prevent corrosion.
