Insert 1/2" carriage bolts with spacers (item 2) into the remaining holes, and install 1/2" conical washers, lock washers and nuts. 5. Tighten all 1/2" GR5 fasteners to 75 Lb.-Ft. (102 N·M) with a torque wrench.
