The options are endless! DRAW-TITE Class 3 Custom Trailer Hitches come complete with all the mounting hardware needed for installation and are backed by a nationwide lifetime limited warranty. So, whether you are headed out to the campground, the lake, or the bike trails, or you are tackling a project at home and need to haul the materials home, choose DRAW-TITE and travel with confidence knowing your setup is connected with the security only DRAW-TITE can provide. DRAW-TITE: North America?s Favorite Hitch

Draw-Tite has designed custom-fit trailer hitches since 1946 and is one of North America's most widely fitted hitch brands. Receiver hitches use solid all-welded construction and low-profile designs that follow modern vehicle contours, install with minimal bumper cutting or drilling, meet or exceed V5 CSA and SAE J684 standards, and carry a limited lifetime warranty.
Draw-Tite has been leading custom-fit trailer hitch design and engineering since its founding in 1946, and it remains one of the most widely fitted hitch brands in North America. The company's stated approach is straightforward: every hitch is tested rigorously so that it performs well beyond published industry standards, a philosophy it markets as Tested Tough. It sits within the Horizon Global towing group alongside Reese, Fulton, Bulldog, Tekonsha, Bargman and Wesbar.
Custom fit is the defining characteristic. Rather than adapting a universal design, Draw-Tite engineers a trailer hitch for a specific make, model and model year, so it bolts to existing frame locations with minimal bumper cutting or drilling. Low-profile designs follow the rear contours and aerodynamic styling of modern vehicles, which matters more than it once did now that rear fascias are shaped and sensor-equipped. Construction is solid all-welded steel for maximum strength, and every hitch meets or exceeds V5 CSA and SAE J684 standards and is backed by a nationwide limited lifetime warranty.
The range spans receiver sizes and classes to suit different loads, from 1-1/4 inch receivers for bike racks, cargo carriers and light trailers up through 2 inch receivers for heavier towing. Front mount hitches add a receiver at the front of the vehicle for winch mounts, snow plows, spare carriers and precise trailer positioning.
The Hidden Hitch series takes concealment further by mounting behind the vehicle's rear fascia, so the vehicle keeps its factory appearance until a removable receiver is fitted. Each is custom designed per make and model for a no-drill installation that does not compromise ground clearance, rated for up to 3,500 pounds gross trailer weight and 350 pounds tongue weight. Matching plug-and-play wiring completes the towing system.

The 2014-2018 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter w/Factory Step Bumper Excluding Models w/30-3/8 Frame Width Draw-tite Class 3 Trailer Hitch, 2 Inch Square Receiver Bundle w/ Plug-n-Play T-One Wiring Harness (Part #DTB75601-5-118649) Refer to the included instructions for installation details. Basic hand tools are typically all you need.
Yes, part number 75601 is designed for Dodge Sprinter, Mercedes Sprinter, and Freightliner Sprinter vans equipped with factory step bumpers. However, the hitch will not fit vehicles with a frame width of 30-3/8" measured outside to outside of frame.
No. The manual states unconfirmed reports of vehicles with 30-3/8" frame widths (measured outside to outside of frame). The hitch will not fit a vehicle with a 30-3/8" wide frame measured outside of frame to outside of frame. Measure your frame width before purchasing.
You will need wrenches in 18mm and 19mm sizes, and a torque wrench to tighten fasteners to 68 Lb.-Ft. (92 N*M). No drill bits are required as no drilling is necessary for this installation.
No. The hitch is installed on the outboard side of the frame rails while the factory step bumper remains in place. The existing bumper mounting bolts are reoriented and used to secure the hitch brackets.
The factory bumper mounting bolts support the step bumper. If all bolts are removed at once, the bumper will fall. Bolts must be turned around one at a time to prevent the bumper from falling and to maintain support during the hitch installation process.
The existing bumper mounting bolts must point outboard (toward the outside of the vehicle) with the head of the bolt against the bumper mounting bracket. If the factory bolts point inboard, they must be turned around one at a time so they point outboard and are flush with the outboard side of the frame rails.
1. Remove all nuts from the existing bumper mounting bolts (3 per side) but do not remove the bolts yet. 2. If bolts point inboard, turn them one at a time to point outboard, flush with the outboard side of frame rails. If already pointing outboard, pull them out to be flush with the outboard side. 3. Raise the hitch into position and push the bumper mounting bolts through the hitch brackets. Reinstall the flange nuts removed in step 1. 4. Install the remaining bolts as shown in the diagram.
All M12 fasteners must be tightened with a torque wrench to 68 Lb.-Ft. (92 N*M).
The hitch includes 2 hex bolts, M12 x 1.75 x 120mm, grade CL8.8. These are tightened to 68 Lb.-Ft. (92 N*M).
The hitch includes 2 spacers (7/16" x 1" x 2") and 2 lock washers (½"). These are used with the M12 hex bolts and nuts.
The 75601 hitch has two capacity ratings depending on the type of ball mount used: Weight Distributing hitch supports a maximum gross trailer weight of 7,500 lbs (3,405 kg) with a maximum tongue weight of 750 lbs (341 kg). Weight Carrying Ball Mount supports a maximum gross trailer weight of 5,000 lbs (2,270 kg) with a maximum tongue weight of 500 lbs (227 kg). Do not exceed the lower of the towing vehicle manufacturer's rating or these hitch ratings.
Observe safety precautions when working beneath a vehicle and wear eye protection. Do not cut access or attachment holes with a torch. Do not remove all bumper mounting bolts at once as the bumper will fall. If the hitch is removed, plug all holes in the trunk pan or other body panels to prevent entry of water and exhaust fumes. A damaged hitch or ball must be removed and replaced immediately.
Check the hitch frequently to ensure all fasteners and the ball are properly tightened. The manual recommends regular inspection to verify that all bolts remain at the correct torque specification of 68 Lb.-Ft. (92 N*M).
If the hitch is removed, plug all holes in the trunk pan or other body panels to prevent entry of water and exhaust fumes. This prevents water and exhaust gases from entering the vehicle interior.
A hitch or ball which has been damaged should be removed and replaced. Do not attempt to repair a damaged hitch or ball.
Yes, it fits all three brands with factory step bumpers, except vehicles with a 30-3/8" frame width (measured outside to outside).
You need 18mm and 19mm wrenches and a torque wrench. No drilling is required.
No. The hitch installs on the outboard side of the frame rails while the bumper stays in place. Existing bumper mounting bolts are reoriented and reused.
Turning bolts one at a time prevents the factory step bumper from falling. All bolts must never be removed simultaneously.
All M12 fasteners must be tightened to 68 Lb.-Ft. (92 N*M) using a torque wrench.
Wear eye protection, work safely beneath the vehicle, do not use a torch to cut holes, and do not remove all bumper bolts at once. If removed, plug all holes to prevent water and exhaust entry.
Check the hitch frequently to ensure all fasteners and the ball are properly tightened to 68 Lb.-Ft. (92 N*M).
Yes, the T-One® T-Connector is designed for Mercedes Sprinter vehicles. The installation manual is specific to this application.
The T-One® T-Connector is a trailer wiring harness that integrates with your vehicle's taillight wiring to provide trailer lighting connections. It includes a black box-module that mounts inside the vehicle and a 4-flat connector that stores in the rear cargo area when not in use.
Required tools are: trim panel remover, 10mm socket & ratchet or 10mm wrench, drill with 3/32" drill bit, 1/4" socket, wire crimpers, wire cutters, Phillips head screwdriver, test-probe, Torx 25 driver, and Torx 30 driver.
Yes. You must disconnect the vehicle's negative (−) battery cable before connecting the fuse holder to the positive battery terminal. This is done in step 12. Reconnect the negative battery cable after the fuse holder connection is complete in step 13.
Yes. You must drill one 3/32" hole on the driver's side to secure the white ground wire using the eyelet and screw provided. Before drilling, verify what is behind the surface to avoid damage to the vehicle or personal injury, and do not drill into any exposed surfaces.
Open the rear doors and use a trim panel remover to carefully remove three plastic covers on each side that cover the rear of the vehicle taillight. The first cover on each side exposes the taillight harness; the two upper covers assist with wire routing. You must also remove the battery cover and floor coverings to access the vehicle battery underneath the driver's side floor area.
The T-Connector has four main wires: yellow (driver's side taillight connection), green (passenger's side taillight connection), white (ground wire), and black (power wire). The yellow wire connects between the vehicle's driver-side taillight connectors. The green wire routes to the passenger side and connects between the passenger-side taillight connectors. The white wire grounds to a suitable point on the driver's side. The black wire connects to the vehicle's positive battery terminal via a 15 amp fuse holder.
A 15 amp fuse is installed in the yellow fuse holder that connects the black 12 gauge wire to the vehicle's positive battery terminal. The fuse is inserted after the negative battery cable is reconnected.
Locate a flat surface near the taillight area inside the vehicle and mount the black box-module to prevent damage or rattling. The module should be secured in a location that protects it from vibration and impact.
Route the green wire end up through the inner channel to the roof area, following existing wiring and routing over to the passenger side, concealing the wire behind plastic wire covers when possible. Secure to existing wiring using provided cable ties. Route the black 12 gauge wire up through the channel to the roof area toward the driver seat, concealing behind plastic wire covers when possible. Continue routing behind the trim panel next to the driver seat to the floor, avoiding areas that would cut or pinch the wire. Route all wires to the battery underneath the floor covering, following existing wiring. Secure all wires with provided cable ties to prevent damage or rattling.
Locate the vehicle's taillight wiring harness on both driver and passenger sides. Separate the existing connector carefully, avoiding damage to the locking tabs. Ensure all connector surfaces are clean and free of dirt. On the driver's side, insert the T-Connector end with the yellow wire between the vehicle wiring connectors and lock into place, ensuring connectors are fully inserted with locking tabs in place. Repeat on the passenger side with the T-Connector end containing the green wire.
On the driver's side, locate a suitable grounding point near the connector. Clean dirt and rustproofing from the area. Drill a 3/32" hole and secure the white wire using the eyelet and screw provided. Before drilling, verify what is behind the surface to avoid damage to the vehicle or personal injury.
Disconnect the vehicle's negative (−) battery cable. If not already removed, remove the fuse from the yellow fuse holder provided. Cut the fuse holder wire and attach the ring terminal to the vehicle's positive (+) battery cable. Connect the other end of the fuse holder to the black 12 gauge wire using the yellow butt connector provided. Reconnect the vehicle's negative battery cable and install the 15 amp fuse into the fuse holder.
The kit includes: a T-Connector with yellow and green wire ends, a black box-module, a white ground wire with eyelet and screw, a black 12 gauge power wire, a yellow fuse holder with 15 amp fuse, yellow butt connectors, cable ties, and a 4-flat connector for storage in the rear cargo area when not in use.
All connections must be complete for the T-One® T-Connector to function properly. Test and verify installation with a test light or trailer once installed. For the initial test, reset the vehicle electrical system by temporarily removing the key from the ignition.
Always wear safety glasses and use all safety precautions during installation. Before drilling, verify what is behind any surface to avoid damage to the vehicle and/or personal injury. Do not drill into any exposed surfaces. Avoid areas that would cut, pinch, or melt the wire when routing and securing cables. Read and follow all warnings and cautions printed on the tow vehicle's battery. Do not exceed the lower of the towing manufacturing rating (including in your vehicle owner's manual) or specific amperage ratings stated on the product, as overloading circuits can cause fires.
Store the 4-flat connector in the rear cargo area when not in use.
Gain access to the vehicle battery underneath the driver's side floor area. Remove the three screws holding the trim threshold in place. Pull back the floor cover to expose the metal battery cover. Remove the screws and pull off the metal cover to expose the battery.
