The ARIES 3" bull bar is made for those who face the uncertain road without fear. This particular model is constructed from 304 stainless steel. 304 stainless is high in nickel content, allowing the bull bar to easily resist water, road salt and rust and maintain its mirror-like polished finish in spite of the elements. Other available finishes include high-gloss black stainless steel, textured black steel and semi-gloss black steel. Customizing the look of your vehicle is simple with the ARIES 3" bull bar. It is equipped with pre-drilled light mounting holes and a removable skid plate. The center crossbar features two pre-drilled holes that readily accept an LED light bar or two LED work lights. The skid plate is made from 304 stainless steel and has a brushed finish to stop rust and hide scratches and scuffs. It also features an aggressive, ARIES-exclusive cutout pattern and can be removed for a customized look. Each ARIES 3" bull bar is made a vehicle-specific design, meaning that for each make and model, the bull bar has a custom bend and unique mounting brackets. This allows for the best possible fit on your vehicle and ensures solid attachment. The brackets also use pre-existing factory holes in the vehicle's frame to eliminate drilling, speed up installation and increase rigidity. This bull bar fits select model years of the Ford Excursion, F-250 Super Duty and F-350 Super Duty (see application info to verify fitment).

The kit includes: 1 bull bar, 2 brackets (passenger and driver side), 4 rubber bumpers, 4 × 3/8″–16 × 1.25″ hex head bolts, 4 × 3/8″ flat washers, 4 × 3/8″ lock washers, and 4 × 3/8″–16 hex nuts.
Removal is not required, but it is strongly recommended. You may need to remove or relocate the front license plate and bracket to facilitate installation.
Locate and remove the front bumper bolts that support the bumper to the vehicle. Hold the factory nut plate from the rear of the bumper to keep it in place. Attach the brackets to the bumper using the existing bumper bolt holes, and reinstall the bolts. Leave all bolts loose until Step 6.
Attach the bull bar to the brackets using the 3/8″ fasteners (hex head bolts, flat washers, lock washers, and hex nuts) as shown in Figure 2. Leave all fasteners loose until Step 6, when you level and adjust the bull bar and apply final torque.
Leaving fasteners loose allows you to level and adjust the bull bar to the desired position before final tightening. Once the bar is properly aligned, you apply final torque in Step 6.
Torque the 3/8″ fasteners (hex head bolts connecting the bull bar to the brackets) to 30 ft. lbs.
Torque the 12 mm bumper bolts (the factory bolts that attach the brackets to the bumper) to 60 ft. lbs.
The bull bar has a high finish that must be maintained like any other high-finish product on the vehicle. Protect the finish with a non-abrasive automotive wax. Do not use soap, polish, or wax containing abrasives, as these compounds scratch the finish and expose it to corrosion.
