The ARIES 3" bull bar is made for those who face the uncertain road without fear. This particular model is constructed from strong carbon steel and finished in a durable E-coat and semi-gloss black powder coat finish to outlast rust and the elements. Other available finishes include high-gloss black stainless steel, polished stainless steel and textured black steel. Customizing the look of your vehicle is simple with the ARIES 3" bull bar. It is equipped with pre-drilled light mounting holes and a removable skid plate. The center crossbar features two pre-drilled holes that readily accept an LED light bar or two LED work lights. The skid plate is made from 304 stainless steel and has a brushed finish to stop rust and hide scratches and scuffs. It also features an aggressive, ARIES-exclusive cutout pattern and can be removed for a customized look. Each ARIES 3" bull bar is made a vehicle-specific design, meaning that for each make and model, the bull bar has a custom bend and unique mounting brackets. This allows for the best possible fit on your vehicle and ensures solid attachment. The brackets also use pre-existing factory holes in the vehicle's frame to eliminate drilling, speed up installation and increase rigidity. This bull bar fits select model years of the Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD or 3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD or 3500 HD (see application info to verify fitment).

1. Remove factory tow hooks and cut bumper pocket if needed. 2. Insert bolt plates into the frame channel on the driver side. 3. Position and loosely secure the driver-side frame bracket. 4. Loosely attach the driver-side bull bar mounting bracket to the frame bracket. 5. Repeat steps 2-4 for the passenger side. 6. With assistance, position the bull bar assembly and loosely attach it to both mounting brackets. 7. Level and adjust the bull bar, then tighten all hardware.
Perform periodic inspections to ensure all hardware remains secure and tight. Wax the bull bar after installation and regularly thereafter to add a protective layer. For stainless steel finishes, aluminum polish may be used on small scratches and scuffs, or mild soap for cleaning. For gloss black finishes, use only mild soap for cleaning. Do not use abrasive polish or wax that could damage the finish.
