Yes. You must drill mounting holes using a 13/32" drill bit after aligning the mounting brackets to the edge of the truck box. Additionally, you must cut a hole in the plastic trim on top of the bed to expose the stake pocket.
Cut a hole in the plastic trim on the top of the box to expose the stake pocket. The center of the stake pocket should be approximately 4.25" from the front of the box and 1" in from the inside of the box.

Attach mounting brackets to the headache rack with M12 bolts (snug, do not fully tighten). 4. Align brackets to the truck box edge and drill mounting holes with a 13/32" bit. 5. Secure the headache rack to the truck rails using M10 bolts. 6. Adjust the headache rack to desired location. 7. Tighten all brackets to the vehicle, then tighten headache rack connections. 8. Torque all M10 hardware to 45 ft-lbs and all M12 hardware to 79 ft-lbs.
