Call 888-634-9494The RVXA3130 RV lifting device is designed for use with B&W RV coupler products RVC3006 and RVC3200 only. These are the B&W Companion and Patriot couplers. Do not use this device with any other coupler models.
The RVXA3130 RV lifting device has a maximum load capacity of 500 lbs. Do not lift loads that exceed this weight.
The hoist must be capable of safely lifting a minimum of 300 lbs, which is the combined weight of the B&W RV coupler and base. The hoist must be secure before use.
Open the jaws of the coupler and place the lifting device into the coupler jaws as shown in the manual figure. Close the jaws and pin the handle so it is secure. Then attach a hoist to the eyelet at the top of the RV lifting device and ensure that it is secure before lifting.
Use the hoist to slowly pull up on the RV lifting device. Slowly pull the coupler and base out of the attachment locations on the truck. As the base is lifted, ensure it moves steadily upward without catching on any part of the hitch or truck, and without getting wedged in place due to uneven lifting. Monitor the lifting process continuously.
Carefully maneuver and lower the RV hitch to a secure, stable area for storage. The full weight of the hitch must be resting on the surface holding the hitch, not on the RV lifting device or hoist cable.
