Assembly follows this sequence: (1) Thread the middle seat strap marked 'TOP' around one frame bar, ensuring the ladder buckle faces the back, and slide to center. (2) Thread one headrest strap onto each side of the same frame bar. (3) Thread the other end of the middle seat strap to the center of the second frame bar, then disconnect the bottom from the top. (4) Connect the left and right uprights to the top and bottom bars. (5) Install the tray by angling it and sliding the sockets over the mounting pins on the frame, then push down to lock. (6) Place ladder locks on side straps and thread straps through cam buckles, adjusting for level. (7) Secure the tray belt to the bottom strap.
Thread the side marked 'TOP' of the middle seat strap around one of the frame bars. Ensure the ladder buckle is toward the back so it will end up over the middle seat. Slide the strap to the center of the bar. Then thread the other side of the middle seat strap to the center of the second frame bar. Disconnect the bottom of the middle seat strap from the top.
Thread one headrest strap onto each side of a frame bar during frame assembly. During installation, buckle one headrest strap to the corresponding headrest on each side. Tighten the headrest straps so that the top of the frame is positioned at the top of the seat back.
Thread the bottom of the middle seat strap behind the middle seatback. Pull the bottom strap through to the front of the seat. The strap will be between the seat back and base. Then connect the bottom strap to the top strap using the ladder buckle.
Insert the tray into the desired position by angling the tray and sliding the sockets on the tray over the mounting pins on the frame. Once inserted on both sides, push the tray down so it is locked into place.
Place a ladder lock onto each of the side straps. Thread each of the side straps through the corresponding cam buckle. Adjust the side straps so the tray is level. Thread any excess strap through the ladder lock.
The strap cover is placed over the strap to protect the top of the seat.
Secure the tray belt to the bottom strap. Tighten as necessary.
Tighten the headrest straps so that the top of the frame is positioned at the top of the seat back. Then tighten the middle seat strap so the frame is snug against the back seat.
