1. Align the holes and insert the two M8x1.25x45mm carriage bolts through the wheel basket, plastic spacer, and tray. 2. Ensure the tallest portion of the wheel basket is positioned toward the center of the tray assembly. 3. Place a flat washer and nylock nut on each carriage bolt. 4. Tighten firmly with the provided wrench without crushing the tray. 5. Position the tire strap in the notched areas of the wheel basket.
