Shipping Policy

 

We have several fulfillment centers that store and ship our products. If you order more than one item, each may be shipped from a separate location, and therefore, may arrive at different times. Your original estimated shipping amount does not change if more than one shipment location is used. Shipping timeframes depend on the type of item you buy, the time it leaves the warehouse and the shipping option you choose. Shipments are usually delivered in 1-10 business days. We use FedEx, UPS & USPS only to ship out items. All shipments are automatically insured.

 

We ship to street addresses only (sorry no P.O. Boxes) within the 48 states, District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Sorry, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Military APO/FPO addresses.

 

How can I cancel an order that has not already shipped?
Please immediately contact us to inform us that you would like your order canceled and we will confirm your refund via email. If the item has already shipped there is no way for us to cancel shipment.

 

Return Policy

 

Most products sold by TowUniverse.com qualify for return or replacement within 30 days from the date your order ships. Please visit www.towuniverse.com/returns.html to process your return. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a service charge of $8.49 will be deducted from your refund. Returns other than for exchange or replacement will be charged a 20% restock fee which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any freight or shipping charges.

 

How do I return an order that I have already received or is defective?
You have 30 days to return your item. All orders that have shipped will be charged a non-refundable 20% restocking fee. Please contact us for RMA information. 

 

TowUniverse.com does not provide shipping and or return labels. Customers are responsible for shipping returns back to our returns location. 

 

We do not refund shipping or freight charges on any orders or returns.

  • Items shipped outside the United States are not eligible for return

  • Open or used items
  • Items missing original packaging

 

Damaged/ Defective Items

How do I report damaged or missing items in my order?
Please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery date by calling us at 888-634-9494 or emailing us at [email protected] Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.  EST. Please provide pictures. We will send the replacement. Please keep the original packaging as we will send a return label for the damaged item.
