Description
The BRAKE-EVN electric brake controller offers top-notch trailer braking when you need it most. This superlative proportional brake controller utilizes patented braking sensor technology and advanced electronics to provide a smooth braking response in any stopping situation. The BRAKE-EVN has easy-to-use arrow buttons so you can effortlessly set the power output to your desired braking power, a boost feature that lets you apply up to three levels of additional braking power, especially when hauling heavier loads, and manual override to help you brake safely when an unexpected stop pops up. The BRAKE-EVN also has a digital LED display so you can monitor your settings and trailer braking activity, a power-save mode to reduce battery drain when not in use, and a compact design, making it easily accessible from the drivers seat. The Tekonsha BRAKE-EVN trailer brake controller works with 1-4 axle trailers, has a Plug & Play feature that allows for quick and easy connection with your vehicles wiring, comes with all the mounting hardware needed for installation, and is backed by a five-year limited warranty.
- PROPORTIONAL ELECTRIC BRAKE CONTROLLER: Provides automatic braking based on the intensity and rate at which you apply your tow vehicles brakes, thanks to an internal inertia sensor. This makes the Tekonsha BRAKE-EVN brake controller ideal in any braking situation.
- EASILY INSTALL THANKS TO PLUG & PLAY: The BRAKE-EVN trailer brake controller has a Plug & Play port for two plug adapters and a removeable electrical connector so the unit can be easily unplugged.
- EASY-TO-READ LED DISPLAY:Digital LED display shows settings, real-time diagnostics, and alerts.
- MANUAL BRAKING AVAILABLE: If you ever need to manually apply the brakes, simply move the manual control lever to the left. The BRAKE-EVN will apply power to your trailers brakes up to the amount of power previously set.
- VERSATILE The BRAKE-EVN electric brake controller is compatible with a wide range of vehicles including Ford, GM, Chevy, Dodge, RAM, Toyota, Jeep, and more with 2, 4, 6, and 8 brakes (1-4 axles). Vehicle-specific Tekonsha Plug & Play brake controller wiring harness sold separately.
