Raise the hitch into position, locating the slots in the hitch over the weldnuts in the vehicle frame. Then install the 14mm bolts and conical toothed washers through the hitch into the weldnuts in the vehicle frame and bumper.

Install 1/2" carriage bolts, spacers, and nuts as shown in the diagram. 6. Torque all 14mm fasteners to 126 ft-lbs and all 1/2" fasteners to 110 ft-lbs. 7. Raise the spare tire back into position.
