The options are endless! DRAW-TITE Class 3 Custom Trailer Hitches come complete with all the mounting hardware needed for installation and are backed by a nationwide lifetime limited warranty. So, whether you are headed out to the campground, the lake, or the bike trails, or you are tackling a project at home and need to haul the materials home, choose DRAW-TITE and travel with confidence knowing your setup is connected with the security only DRAW-TITE can provide. DRAW-TITE: North America?s Favorite Hitch

Draw-Tite has designed custom-fit trailer hitches since 1946 and is one of North America's most widely fitted hitch brands. Receiver hitches use solid all-welded construction and low-profile designs that follow modern vehicle contours, install with minimal bumper cutting or drilling, meet or exceed V5 CSA and SAE J684 standards, and carry a limited lifetime warranty.
Draw-Tite has been leading custom-fit trailer hitch design and engineering since its founding in 1946, and it remains one of the most widely fitted hitch brands in North America. The company's stated approach is straightforward: every hitch is tested rigorously so that it performs well beyond published industry standards, a philosophy it markets as Tested Tough. It sits within the Horizon Global towing group alongside Reese, Fulton, Bulldog, Tekonsha, Bargman and Wesbar.
Custom fit is the defining characteristic. Rather than adapting a universal design, Draw-Tite engineers a trailer hitch for a specific make, model and model year, so it bolts to existing frame locations with minimal bumper cutting or drilling. Low-profile designs follow the rear contours and aerodynamic styling of modern vehicles, which matters more than it once did now that rear fascias are shaped and sensor-equipped. Construction is solid all-welded steel for maximum strength, and every hitch meets or exceeds V5 CSA and SAE J684 standards and is backed by a nationwide limited lifetime warranty.
The range spans receiver sizes and classes to suit different loads, from 1-1/4 inch receivers for bike racks, cargo carriers and light trailers up through 2 inch receivers for heavier towing. Front mount hitches add a receiver at the front of the vehicle for winch mounts, snow plows, spare carriers and precise trailer positioning.
The Hidden Hitch series takes concealment further by mounting behind the vehicle's rear fascia, so the vehicle keeps its factory appearance until a removable receiver is fitted. Each is custom designed per make and model for a no-drill installation that does not compromise ground clearance, rated for up to 3,500 pounds gross trailer weight and 350 pounds tongue weight. Matching plug-and-play wiring completes the towing system.

No. Part number 75888 is designed for the Mitsubishi Outlander except the Sport model. If you have a Sport model, this hitch is not compatible.
The fastener kit 75888F includes: (2) Hex Bolts M10 x 1.25 x 40mm CL8.8, (4) Carriage Bolts 1/2-13 x 4-1/2 GR5, (2) Conical Toothed Washers 3/8", (4) Flanged Lock Nuts 1/2-13, and (4) Hardened Flat Washers 1/2". All fasteners are typical for both sides of the vehicle.
You will need wrenches in the following sizes: 14mm, 17mm, and 3/4". A torque wrench is also required to tighten fasteners to the specified torque values. No drill bits are needed.
Removal of the spare tire is recommended but not stated as required. The manual notes that removing the spare tire will make installation easier.
Follow these steps in order: (1) Lower the exhaust by disconnecting the three rubber exhaust hangers from the muffler. (2) Remove the factory tow hook from the driver side vehicle frame and return it and its fasteners to the owner. (3) Raise the hitch into position and install all fasteners as shown in the diagram. (4) Raise the exhaust back into position by reconnecting the rubber exhaust hangers and reattaching the muffler to the exhaust pipe if it was removed.
The exhaust system must be lowered to provide access to the hitch mounting points on the vehicle frame. The three rubber exhaust hangers are disconnected from the muffler to lower the exhaust, and then reconnected after the hitch is installed and fastened.
All M10 x 1.25 CL8.8 fasteners must be tightened with a torque wrench to 42 Lb.-Ft. (57 N*M).
All 1/2-13 GR5 fasteners must be tightened with a torque wrench to 75 Lb.-Ft. (102 N*M).
The maximum gross trailer weight is 4000 Lb. (1816 Kg.) for both weight distributing and weight carrying ball mount configurations. However, you must not exceed the lower of the towing vehicle manufacturer's rating or this hitch type rating.
The maximum tongue weight is 600 Lb. (272 Kg.) for both weight distributing and weight carrying ball mount configurations. You must not exceed the lower of the towing vehicle manufacturer's rating or this hitch type rating.
Observe safety precautions when working beneath a vehicle and wear eye protection. Do not cut access or attachment holes with a torch. A damaged hitch or ball must be removed and replaced immediately.
Check the hitch frequently to ensure all fasteners and the ball are properly tightened. If the hitch is removed at any time, plug all holes in the trunk pan or other body panels to prevent entry of water and exhaust fumes.
The factory tow hook must be removed from the driver side vehicle frame during installation. The tow hook and its fasteners should be returned to the vehicle owner.
No. The manual lists "Drill Bits: None" in the Equipment Required section, indicating that no drilling is necessary for this installation.

Yes. The T-Connector is designed for Toyota Venza, Mitsubishi Outlander, and Toyota Camry, including Camry Hybrid models. Installation procedures vary slightly by vehicle: Venza and Outlander require removal of threshold, trunk floor panels, trays, and cargo loops; Camry requires opening the trunk and partially removing corner felt trunk liner to expose the taillight wiring harness.
The T-Connector is a wiring harness that integrates with your vehicle's taillight system. It includes a converter box, wiring in multiple colours (yellow, brown, green, white, black, and red), a fuse holder with a 10 amp fuse, connectors, cable ties, double-sided tape, an eyelet, and a screw. It allows you to connect a trailer's electrical system to your vehicle's taillight circuit.
You will need: test-probe, trim panel puller, drill with 3/32" drill bit, 10mm socket, ratchet, wire cutter, wire crimper, and Phillips head screwdriver. Safety glasses are required during installation.
Yes. You must disconnect the vehicle's negative (−) battery cable before connecting the power wire to the positive (+) battery terminal. Reconnect the negative cable after the fuse holder is installed and the 10 amp fuse is in place.
Yes. You must drill a 3/32" hole to secure the white ground wire to a suitable grounding point (such as the vehicle's frame or cross member). Before drilling, verify what is behind the surface to avoid damage to the vehicle or personal injury. Do not drill into the vehicle floor, bed, or any exposed surfaces.
Mount the black converter box on the driver's side of the vehicle in a flat, out-of-the-way location using the double-sided tape provided. Ensure it is positioned where it will not interfere with vehicle operation or be easily damaged.
The T-Connector uses the following wires: yellow and brown wires connect to the driver's side taillight connector; green wire routes below the threshold cover to the passenger's side taillight housing; white wire grounds to the vehicle frame or cross member; red 12 ga. power wire comes from the converter box and connects to a black 12 ga. wire; the black wire routes to the vehicle's positive (+) battery terminal via a fuse holder and yellow butt connector.
The T-Connector uses a 10 amp fuse in the yellow fuse holder provided. Install the fuse after reconnecting the vehicle's negative battery cable.
Do not exceed the lower of your towing manufacturer's rating or: maximum 1 stop/turn light per side (2.1 amps) or maximum tail lights (5.6 amps). Overloading the circuit can cause fires. Consult your vehicle's owner's manual and instruction sheet for additional information.
Route the black 12 ga. power wire either through a grommet and along the exterior vehicle frame, or follow existing wiring along the thresholds into the engine compartment up to the battery. Avoid areas that may pinch or break the wire. If routing through a grommet and along the exterior, carefully avoid hot pipes, heat shields, the fuel tank, and other pinch points.
Route the 4-flat connector through the driver's side trim panel into the side storage compartment and store it there when not in use.
Secure the remainder of the T-Connector harness with the cable ties provided to prevent damage or rattling. Be careful to avoid any areas that would pinch, cut, or melt the wire. Reinstall all plastic trim panels, threshold, storage covers, floor covering, and other items removed during installation, taking care not to pinch or cut the wires.
Test and verify installation with a test light or trailer once installed. For the initial test, reset the vehicle electrical system by temporarily removing the key from the ignition. All connections must be complete for the T-Connector to function properly.
Yes. Check that the mating surfaces of the vehicle harness connectors match the T-Connector ends. All connector surfaces should be clean and free of dirt before connecting.
On a Toyota Camry Hybrid, the battery is located inside the vehicle's trunk, not in the engine compartment. This affects the routing of the black power wire during installation.
Set aside all items removed during installation (threshold, trunk floor panels, trays, cargo loops, felt trunk liner) being careful not to damage them. You will reinstall them at the end of the installation process.
On the driver's side, attach the T-Connector end containing yellow and brown wires first, ensuring connectors are fully inserted with locking tabs in place. Then route the T-Connector containing the green wire below the threshold cover to the passenger's side taillight housing and repeat the connection process with the green wire connectors.
Disconnect the vehicle's negative (−) battery cable. Remove the fuse from the yellow fuse holder if not already removed. Cut the fuse holder wire, attach the ring terminal, and secure it to the vehicle's positive (+) battery cable. Connect the other end of the fuse holder to the black 12 ga. wire using the yellow butt connector provided. Reconnect the negative battery cable and install the 10 amp fuse into the fuse holder.
Open the vehicle's rear tailgate. Remove the threshold, trunk floor panels, and trays. On both sides of the vehicle, remove cargo loops so that the trim panels can be carefully pulled away from the vehicle.
Open the trunk and remove the threshold panel. Partially remove the corner felt trunk liner on both sides, exposing the vehicle's taillight wiring harness.
Locate a suitable grounding point near the connector, such as the vehicle's frame or cross member. Do not drill into the vehicle floor or bed. Clean dirt and rustproofing from the area, drill a 3/32" hole, and secure the white wire using the eyelet and screw provided.
Toyota Venza, Mitsubishi Outlander, and Toyota Camry (including Hybrid).
Test-probe, trim panel puller, drill with 3/32" bit, 10mm socket, ratchet, wire cutter, wire crimper, and Phillips head screwdriver. Safety glasses required.
Yes. A 3/32" hole must be drilled for the ground wire. Verify what is behind the surface before drilling and do not drill into the vehicle floor, bed, or exposed surfaces.
Yes. Disconnect the negative battery cable before connecting the power wire. Reconnect after the fuse holder and 10 amp fuse are installed.
Do not exceed: 1 stop/turn light per side (2.1 amps) or tail lights (5.6 amps). Overloading can cause fires.
Route it through the driver's side trim panel into the side storage compartment and store it there.
Verify that all connections are complete. Test and verify installation with a test light or trailer. For the initial test, reset the vehicle electrical system by temporarily removing the key from the ignition. Ensure the 10 amp fuse is installed in the fuse holder, the negative battery cable is reconnected, and all connector locking tabs are fully seated.
Check that the mating surfaces of the vehicle harness connectors match the T-Connector ends. All connector surfaces should be clean and free of dirt. Clean the connectors if necessary before attempting to connect them.
