These durable custom hitches are manufactured for 2019-2020 Hyundai Santa Fe, 2016-2020 KIA Sorento and attach to your vehicle?s frame or bumper for a sleek, clean appearance. Each hitch also has a 2 inch square receiver tube opening ? the most common and versatile on the market - allowing you to attach accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier, or hook up your pop-up, boat trailer, or utility trailer. The options are endless! DRAW-TITE Class 3 Custom Trailer Hitches come complete with all the mounting hardware needed for installation and are backed by a nationwide lifetime limited warranty. So, whether you are headed out to the campground, the lake, or the bike trails, or you are tackling a project at home and need to haul the materials home, choose DRAW-TITE and travel with confidence knowing your setup is connected with the security only DRAW-TITE can provide. DRAW-TITE: North America?s Favorite Hitch

Draw-Tite has designed custom-fit trailer hitches since 1946 and is one of North America's most widely fitted hitch brands. Receiver hitches use solid all-welded construction and low-profile designs that follow modern vehicle contours, install with minimal bumper cutting or drilling, meet or exceed V5 CSA and SAE J684 standards, and carry a limited lifetime warranty.
Draw-Tite has been leading custom-fit trailer hitch design and engineering since its founding in 1946, and it remains one of the most widely fitted hitch brands in North America. The company's stated approach is straightforward: every hitch is tested rigorously so that it performs well beyond published industry standards, a philosophy it markets as Tested Tough. It sits within the Horizon Global towing group alongside Reese, Fulton, Bulldog, Tekonsha, Bargman and Wesbar.
Custom fit is the defining characteristic. Rather than adapting a universal design, Draw-Tite engineers a trailer hitch for a specific make, model and model year, so it bolts to existing frame locations with minimal bumper cutting or drilling. Low-profile designs follow the rear contours and aerodynamic styling of modern vehicles, which matters more than it once did now that rear fascias are shaped and sensor-equipped. Construction is solid all-welded steel for maximum strength, and every hitch meets or exceeds V5 CSA and SAE J684 standards and is backed by a nationwide limited lifetime warranty.
The range spans receiver sizes and classes to suit different loads, from 1-1/4 inch receivers for bike racks, cargo carriers and light trailers up through 2 inch receivers for heavier towing. Front mount hitches add a receiver at the front of the vehicle for winch mounts, snow plows, spare carriers and precise trailer positioning.
The Hidden Hitch series takes concealment further by mounting behind the vehicle's rear fascia, so the vehicle keeps its factory appearance until a removable receiver is fitted. Each is custom designed per make and model for a no-drill installation that does not compromise ground clearance, rated for up to 3,500 pounds gross trailer weight and 350 pounds tongue weight. Matching plug-and-play wiring completes the towing system.

The T-Connector is a trailer wiring harness system for Kia Sorento vehicles. It provides a connection point between your vehicle's electrical system and a trailer, allowing you to control trailer lights (brake, turn, and running lights) from your vehicle's electrical system.
Yes, the T-Connector 118583-037 is designed for the Kia Sorento. The manual does not specify model years or trim variations, so contact the manufacturer or your installer to confirm your specific vehicle year and configuration are compatible.
You will need: trim panel remover, 10mm socket & ratchet or 10mm wrench, drill with 3/32" bit, 1/4" socket, wire crimpers, wire cutters, Phillips head screwdriver, and a test probe.
Yes. You must disconnect the vehicle's negative (-) battery cable before beginning installation. The manual specifies this in step 9, and you will reconnect it after the fuse holder is properly installed in step 10.
Open the rear tailgate. Using a Phillips head screwdriver, remove the screws holding the taillights on both the driver and passenger side. Carefully pull the taillight away from the vehicle, being careful not to damage the alignment pins.
The T-Connector has two ends: one with a yellow wire for the driver's side and one with a green wire for the passenger side. The yellow wire end is inserted between the vehicle wiring connectors on the driver's side taillight. The manual does not specify the individual function of each wire color.
Beginning at the driver's side taillight pocket, route the 4-flat harness and the harness containing the green and red wires down on the interior side of the bumper brace. Then route the harness and 4-flat across and underneath the vehicle behind the bumper fascia. Route the 4-flat to the center of the vehicle and secure with the provided cable ties. Continue routing the harness containing the green wire up through the opening behind the passenger's side taillight.
Route the wires carefully to avoid hot pipes, heat shields, the fuel tank, or any other points that may pinch or break the wire. Also avoid areas that would pinch, cut, or melt the wire when securing with cable ties. The manual warns that improper routing can cause damage to the vehicle and personal injury.
Mount the T-Connector black box using the double-sided tape provided onto the bottom of the bumper support channel.
Yes. You must drill a 3/32" hole on the driver's side near the connectors to secure the white grounding wire with an eyelet using the provided screw. Before drilling, verify what is behind the surface to avoid damage to the vehicle or personal injury. Do not drill into any exposed surfaces.
Drill a 3/32" hole on the driver's side near the connectors. Verify what is behind the surface before drilling and do not drill into any exposed surfaces.
On the driver's side, locate the black 12 gauge power wire from the T-Connector box. Attach the black 12 gauge wire provided. Route the remaining wire through the opening in the taillight socket, behind the bumper. Route the black wire along the exterior frame or follow the existing wiring along the thresholds into the engine compartment up to the battery, avoiding areas that may pinch or break the wire.
The T-Connector uses a 15 amp fuse. The fuse is installed in the yellow fuse holder provided and connects between the black 12 gauge power wire and the vehicle's positive (+) battery cable.
Disconnect the vehicle's negative (-) battery cable. Remove the fuse from the yellow fuse holder if present. Cut the fuse holder wire, attach the ring terminal, and secure it to the vehicle's positive (+) battery cable. Connect the other end of the fuse holder to the black 12 gauge wire using the yellow butt connector provided. Reconnect the negative battery cable and install the 15 amp fuse.
The T-Connector uses the following wire colors: yellow wire (driver's side connector end), green wire (passenger's side connector end), red wire (in the harness with the green wire), black 12 gauge wire (power wire from the T-Connector box), and white wire (grounding wire). The manual does not specify the individual function of each wire color.
After all connections are complete, secure the remainder of the T-Connector harness with the cable ties provided to prevent damage or rattling, being careful to avoid any areas that would pinch, cut, or melt the wire. Then reinstall the taillight assemblies and other items removed during installation, being careful not to pinch or cut the wires.
All connections must be complete for the T-Connector to function properly. Test and verify the installation with a test light or trailer once installed. For the initial test, reset the vehicle electrical system by temporarily removing the key from the ignition.
Do not exceed the lower of the towing manufacturer's rating (including in your vehicle owner's manual) or the specific amperage ratings stated on the product. The T-Connector uses a 15 amp fuse. Overloading circuits can cause fires.
Always wear safety glasses and use all safety precautions during installation. Read and follow all warnings and instructions included with the product and printed on the tow vehicle's battery. Verify what is behind any surface before drilling. Do not drill into exposed surfaces. Route wires carefully to avoid hot pipes, heat shields, fuel tank, or pinch points.
Before inserting the T-Connector ends, disconnect the vehicle wiring harness from the taillight socket. Separate the connector carefully, being careful not to break the locking tabs. All connector surfaces should be clean and free of dirt. When inserting the T-Connector end, be careful not to damage the locking tabs and ensure that connectors are fully inserted with locking tabs in place.
