ARIES nerf bars are all made vehicle-specific for a custom, no-drill fit, and they are available in multiple finish options. This set of nerf bars is constructed from 304 stainless steel with a polished finish. Our 304 stainless steel is a true stainless with high nickel content, offering better corrosion resistance and a long-lasting finish. The polish is a triple application, resulting in a mirror-like shine to complement your vehicle. ARIES 3" round side bars also come with high-strength steel brackets and non-skid step pads. The mounting brackets -- as well as the side bars and step pads -- are custom-designed for specific makes and models to allow the nerf bars to contour to the lines of your vehicle. This ensures easy, no-drill installation and the strength necessary to provide solid footing. This particular set of custom nerf bars fits specific years of the Chevy or GMC C1500, C2500, C3500, K1500, K2500 and K3500 (see application info to verify fitment). ARIES 3" round side bars also come with non-skid step pads made of polypropylene. These wide, custom-positioned step pads feature a textured pattern and cover a wide portion of the tubes to be more comfortable and high-traction, even in wet conditions.

Attach the front mounting bracket to the vehicle's front body mount using one M12 – 1.75 × 120 mm bolt, one M12 lock washer, and one M12 flat washer; snug but do not fully tighten. 4. Repeat for the rear mounting bracket. 5. Fasten the mount brace to the rear bracket and vehicle rear body mount using one M10 × 25 mm bolt, two M10 flat washers, and one M10 lock nut on each side; snug but do not fully tighten. 6. Attach the side bar to the front and rear brackets using one M12 × 50 mm bolt, one M12 lock washer, and one M12 flat washer for each bracket; hand tighten. 7. Level and center the side bar, then tighten all bolts. 8. Repeat the entire process for the passenger side.
