Attach mounting brackets to the headache rack with M12 bolts, washers, and nuts (snug but do not fully tighten). Align brackets to the truck box edge and drill mounting holes using a 13/32" bit. 3. Secure the headache rack to truck rails using M10 x 40mm bolts, washers, and nuts on each side. Adjust the headache rack position as desired. Tighten all M10 hardware to 45 ft-lbs and all M12 hardware to 79 ft-lbs, brackets first, then headache rack connections.
