The kit includes: 2 Roadmaster Adapters (61-5639), 8 washers (290-0381, .051 x .523 ID x 1.375 OD), 2 Essna Jam Nuts (202-0143, 1/2"-13, zinc plated), 2 Hex Head Bolts (201-0645, 1/2"-13 x 2", short thread, zinc plated), and 4 plastic spacers (290-0347, 1/16" x 13/16" ID x 2").
The kit includes all fasteners needed for installation. You will need the existing bracket pins from your Roadmaster bracket to complete the attachment. No additional parts are required beyond what is included.
Installation has three steps: (1) Remove the existing tow bar lug from the leg pivot, (2) Install the adapters to the tow bar leg pivots using the hex bolts, nuts, and washers, (3) Insert the adapters into the attachment tabs of the bracket, align the holes, and pin in place using the existing bracket pins.
Install the two adapters (61-5639) to the tow bar leg pivots using the hex bolts (201-0645), jam nuts (202-0143), and washers (290-0381). The manual does not specify the torque value or the exact assembly sequence for these fasteners.
