Our marine jacks have a few features that make them a special addition to our trailer jack line. Unlike any of our other jacks, CURT marine trailer jacks are equipped with wheels, allowing for greater mobility and easier coupling of your trailer. Choose from models with one or two wheels. Marine jacks also have a pull-pin that allows them to pivot on their mounting bracket to be out of the way for travel. To protect them from corrosion and the damage of moisture, these jacks come with a zinc finish. This CURT marine jack features a support capacity of 1,000 lbs., a lift capacity of 1,000 lbs., a travel of 10" and a wheel diameter of 6". It comes with a side-wind handle and all the necessary bolt-on hardware for a complete installation. It does not matter what kind of trailer you tow -- a boat trailer, utility trailer, livestock hauler or recreational vehicle trailer -- if you have a receiver-style trailer, you will want a jack that complements its function. The CURT 25004 is a snap ring / bracket mount jack designed to mount directly against the trailer tongue using mounting brackets and straps. The mounting brackets align with holes in the mounting straps on the opposite side of the tongue. Refer to your trailer's specifications to confirm compatibility with this mounting style.
You will need a socket set to install the CURT 25004. This is the only tool listed as required for installation.

Yes. The trailer MUST be supported per the manufacturer's recommendations before working underneath. Failure to do so may result in death, serious personal injury or severe product or property damage. Ensure proper support is in place before beginning installation.
Place the jack against the tongue and position the mounting straps on the opposite side of the tongue. Align the holes in the mounting bracket with the holes in the mounting straps. The upper bolts should rest on the top of the tongue and the lower bolts should be less than 1/16" from the bottom of the tongue.
Insert the four hex bolts through the mounting bracket and mounting straps. Secure with the four nylock nuts and snug the hardware to the mounting brackets using your socket set. Ensure the upper bolts rest on the top of the tongue and the lower bolts are less than 1/16" from the bottom of the tongue.
Keep people and pets at a safe distance during installation and operation. Do not exceed the rated capacity listed on the product label. Moving parts can pinch, crush or cut, so keep clear and use caution. Fully lower the jack before rotating it to the stored position. Before manually moving the trailer, ensure the jack is in the lowest position.
Periodic inspection of your product should be performed to ensure all hardware and components remain secure. Check that bolts, nuts and mounting brackets have not loosened during use.
The CURT 25004 is a snap ring / bracket mount jack for trailer tongues. Confirm your trailer has a compatible tongue design and that the mounting holes align with the bracket holes. Check the product label for weight capacity compatibility with your trailer's requirements.
