This replacement wheel is for all CURT S-series 5th wheel sliders. It is designed to replace an existing wheel for shifting the slider between the forward and rearward positions. This package comes with one wheel only. The slider is not included.

Part 19104 includes one roller sleeve, one roller, one M16 hex bolt, and one M16 nylock nut.
You will need a ratchet, an M24 socket, and an M24 wrench.
Torque the M16 hex bolt and nylock nut to a minimum of 75 ft-lbs.
1. Insert the roller sleeve into the roller. 2. Align the roller and roller sleeve with the through hole on the carriage. 3. Insert the M16 hex head bolt through the slider carriage and roller sleeve. 4. Secure with an M16 nylock nut. 5. Torque the hardware to a minimum of 75 ft-lbs.
Never exceed the vehicle manufacturer's recommended towing capacity. This product is designed to work within the limits set by your vehicle's manufacturer.
Periodic inspection of the product should be performed to ensure all hardware and components remain secure. The manual does not specify an exact interval; consult the vehicle manufacturer's maintenance schedule or contact CURT support at 877.287.8634 for recommended inspection frequency.
Proper torque prevents damage to the product and vehicle. The M16 bolt must be torqued to a minimum of 75 ft-lbs to ensure the roller assembly is securely fastened and functions safely.
