These replacement rails are for all CURT S-series 5th wheel sliders. They are designed to replace the existing rails for shifting the slider between the forward and rearward positions. This package comes with two rails and all mounting hardware. The slider is not included.

Part 19102 is a half-round rail replacement kit containing: 2 half-round rails, 4 M6 button head screws, 4 M6 flat head screws, and 4 M6 lock washers. These components are used to secure replacement half-round rails to a slider base.
You need a 4mm Allen key. The manual rates installation difficulty as Easy.
Secure the top half-round rail to the slider base using two M6 flat head screws. Torque the fasteners to 6 ft-lbs.
Secure the bottom half-round rail to the slider base using two M6 lock washers and two M6 button head screws. Torque the fasteners to 6 ft-lbs. Repeat this process for each replacement half-round rail installed on the top of the slider base.
All M6 fasteners (both flat head and button head screws) must be torqued to 6 ft-lbs.
Never exceed the vehicle manufacturer's recommended towing capacity. The product must be used within the limits set by your vehicle's manufacturer.
Periodic inspection of the product should be performed to ensure all hardware and components remain secure. This helps prevent damage to the product or vehicle.
