These replacement pin plates are for the CURT S25 5th wheel slider. They are designed to replace the existing plates that connect the slider to the hitch head. This package comes with two pin plates and mounting bolts. The slider is not included.

The CURT 19105 is a pin plate assembly for 5th wheel hitch systems. It connects the 5th wheel head to the slider carriage using machine pins and bolts, allowing the hitch to function as part of a complete 5th wheel towing system.
You will need a ratchet, socket set, and M22 wrench.
The kit includes 2 pin plates, 4 M14 nylock nuts, 4 M14 flat washers, and 4 M14 hex bolts.
All M14 hex bolts securing the 5th wheel head and pin plate to the slider must be torqued to 100 ft-lbs.
1. Insert the machine pins of the pin plate into the center-most holes, aligning the outer-most holes with the mounting holes on the slider carriage. The pins will also insert into the 5th wheel head. 2. Secure the 5th wheel head and pin plate to the slider using two M14 hex head bolts and two M14 nylock nuts. 3. Torque all hardware to 100 ft-lbs. 4. Repeat this process for the remaining mounting points.
Never exceed the vehicle manufacturer's recommended towing capacity. Exceeding this capacity can result in loss of control and serious injury or death.
Periodic inspection of the product should be performed to ensure all hardware and components remain secure. The manual does not specify an exact interval, but regular checks are recommended to maintain safe operation.
