Exhaust hangers can be stuck due to corrosion or age. The manual recommends using spray lubricant to help remove stubborn exhaust hangers. Allow the lubricant to penetrate before attempting removal with exhaust removal pliers.

The power wire is 12 gauge (12 ga.) black wire. The fuse rating is 10 amps. The fuse holder is provided with the kit and must be connected between the vehicle's positive (+) battery cable and the black 12 ga. wire using the yellow butt connector provided.
Disconnect the vehicle's negative (-) battery cable first. Remove the fuse from the yellow fuse holder if not already removed. Cut the fuse holder wire, attach the ring terminal, and secure it to the vehicle's positive (+) battery cable.
