Using the supplied pullwires (Part #5482), install the carriage bolts and spacers into the vehicle frame through the forward attachment. Leave the pullwires attached. Raise the hitch into position and align the holes in the hitch bracket to the frame rail weldnuts, guiding the pullwire ends through the holes in the hitch bracket. Loosely reinstall the M16 bumper bolts, then remove the pullwires and install the conical washers and nuts.
