The kit includes 4 hex bolts (M12-1.25 x 40mm, CL10.9) and 4 conical-toothed washers (1/2"). The hitch uses existing weldnuts on the vehicle frame for mounting.
You must remove two push fasteners from the center of the rear bumper fascia for easier installation. After positioning the hitch, you pull the rear bumper fascia rearward for clearance to align the side plates with the frame holes. The push fasteners are then reinstalled after the hitch bolts are torqued.

Raise the hitch into position by sliding the driver side over the tailpipe first, then pull the rear bumper fascia rearward for more clearance. Align the side plates with the rearmost and forward-most holes in the vehicle's frame on both sides.
