With the added stability that air springs provide, users will have optimal braking and steering control, creating a safe and comfortable experience.

Air Lift Company has developed dependable air spring suspension products since our inception in 1949. Our original product, a rubber air spring inserted into a car’s factory coil spring, was created and patented in 1950. We’ve come a long way since 1949 and are proud to be a dedicated suspension specialist company.
Today, Air Lift load support products are sold worldwide and are engineered to fit over 540 vehicles. Our extensive product line offers air helper springs for trucks, RVs, SUVs, CUVs, and vans, as well as the most technologically advanced on-board air compressor systems for on-the-go air spring control.
Air Lift leads the industry in no-drill applications – kits that bolt onto your vehicle’s frame, speeding the installation process. Our teams work constantly to bring innovative products to you and upgrade existing products with the latest technology.
All of our efforts are spent ensuring your safety and comfort by designing, engineering, and manufacturing the highest quality suspension products. We are a family-owned business based in Lansing, Michigan, and make your family and cargo’s safety our top priority.

Yes, the Air Lift Air Lift 1000 Air Spring Kit 60860 (Part #BBCG60860) is designed to fit the 2020-2025 Hyundai Palisade.
The Air Lift Air Lift 1000 Air Spring Kit 60860 (Part #BBCG60860) fits 2020-2025 Hyundai Palisade models. The 2026 model year is the last year covered by this part number. For newer models, check for an updated version.
The Air Lift Air Lift 1000 Air Spring Kit 60860 (Part #BBCG60860) fits the following vehicles: 2020-2025 Hyundai Palisade; 2019-2026 Hyundai Santa Fe; 2016-2021 Hyundai Tucson; 2016-2020 Kia Sorento; 2016-2022 Kia Sportage; 2020-2025 Kia Telluride. Always verify your specific year, make, and model before ordering.
The Air Lift Air Lift 1000 Air Spring Kit 60860 (Part #BBCG60860) Refer to the included instructions for installation details. Basic hand tools are typically all you need.
Kit 60860 is designed for Kia/Hyundai SUVs, but the manual does not specify which model years, specific models, bed lengths, cab styles, or drivetrain types are compatible. Contact Air Lift customer service at (800) 248-0892 or email service@airliftcompany.com to confirm fitment for your specific vehicle before purchasing.
Each air spring is rated at a maximum of 35 PSI (2.4 BAR) and provides up to 1,000 pounds (454 kg) of load-leveling support. However, the actual air pressure needed depends on your load and your vehicle's gross vehicle weight rating. You must never exceed your vehicle manufacturer's maximum gross vehicle weight rating or payload rating.
Required tools are: pliers, 5/16" drill bit, drill, hose cutter or razor blade and sharp knife, hoist or floor jack, 2 safety stands, safety glasses, air compressor or compressed air source, spray bottle with dish soap/water solution, and tire spoon or blunt instrument. The manual does not specify whether professional installation is required.
The kit includes: 2 air springs (part 46136), 15 feet of air line (part 20937), 6 zip ties (part 10466), 2 valve caps (part 21230), 4 5/16" hex nuts (part 21233), 2 rubber washers (part 21234), 2 star washers (part 18411), 2 M8 flat washers (part 18501), 1 tee fitting (part 21236), 2 Schrader valves (part 21455), and 6 air line clamps (part 10638).
1. Jack up the rear of the vehicle or raise on hoist and support the frame with 2 safety stands. 2. Lower the axle or raise the body until the coil springs are completely extended (wheels hanging). Observe tension on brake lines and do not strain or overextend them. 3. Cut a 9/16" hole through the center of the rubber cap covering the hole in the lower A-arm spring seat using a box cutter or pocketknife. Repeat for both sides.
1. Remove the plastic cap from the barbed stem on the air spring. Exhaust the air by rolling it up toward the barbed stem and replace the cap to hold its flat shape. 2. Fold the air spring into a "hot dog bun shape". 3. Insert the flattened end into the top opening of the coil spring with the stem at the bottom. Push the air spring down by hand or with a blunt instrument such as a tire spoon. 4. When completely in the coil, remove the cap and allow the air spring to assume its "as-molded" shape, then push it to the top of the coil spring.
1. Using pliers, slide an air line clamp (K) onto the air line (B). 2. Insert the air line through the slot and cut hole in the lower A-arm. 3. Push the air line over the barbed stem completely. 4. Slide the clamp over the barbed stem area and compress the ears with pliers to secure it. The air line must cover all the barbs. 5. Re-route the air line up through the bottom A-arm slot and out the top of either hole near the inside A-arm, then continue up to the upper crossmember. Repeat for the other side.
Yes. You must cut a 9/16" hole through the center of the rubber cap covering the hole in the lower A-arm spring seat using a box cutter or pocketknife (one hole per side). Additionally, you must drill a 5/16" (8 mm) hole for the Schrader valve. The manual does not specify whether these modifications are permanent or reversible.
Single-path installation is recommended for vehicles with even weight distribution and uses one tee fitting to supply both air springs from a single Schrader valve. Dual-path installation is used when weight varies from side to side and unequal pressures are needed to level the load; it eliminates the tee fitting and routes separate air lines for each air spring. Choose the configuration based on your vehicle's typical load distribution.
Make clean, square cuts with a razor blade or hose cutter. Do not use scissors or wire cutters. For all air line connections: (1) slide the air line clamp (K) onto the air line (B), (2) push the air line and clamp over the barbed stem so the air line covers all barbs, (3) compress the ears on the clamp with pliers and slide it forward to fully cover the barbs. Leave sufficient air line slack to prevent strain on fittings during axle motions.
Select a location for the Schrader valve (J) that will be protected and accessible with an air hose. Drill a 5/16" (8 mm) hole if necessary. Install the air line on the Schrader valve first. The rubber washer (F) serves as an outside weather seal. Mount the valve using the hex nut, flat washer, star washer, and rubber washer as shown in the assembly diagram.
The maximum air pressure is 35 PSI (2.4 BAR). Never inflate beyond this pressure. The minimum recommended pressure is 5 PSI (0.34 BAR). The actual air pressure needed depends on your load and your vehicle's gross vehicle weight rating. You must never exceed your vehicle manufacturer's maximum gross vehicle weight rating or payload rating.
Maintain at least 6" (152 mm) clearance from the exhaust system to the air line to prevent the air line from melting. This applies to both air springs and air lines.
After installation: (1) raise the suspension or lower the body completely and remove safety stands, (2) inflate the air springs and check for leaks using a soapy water solution on all air line connections and the inflation valve core, (3) inflate to 30 PSI (2 BAR) and verify all connections are leak-free before road testing, (4) verify sufficient clearance from heat sources (at least 6" for air springs and air lines), and (5) if professionally installed, the installer should review operating instructions with the owner.
Check air pressure weekly. Always maintain normal ride height and never inflate beyond 35 PSI (2.4 BAR). If the system develops an air leak, use a soapy water solution to check all air line connections and the inflation valve core before deflating and removing the air spring.
