The ARIES TrailChaser Jeep bumper is unlike any other bumper for the Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator because it features a modular design. Each piece can be attached or swapped out as desired, giving you complete freedom of customization. This particular package includes the front-end corners only. These two corners are intended to be mounted on the TrailChaser front Jeep JL / JT bumper center section (sold separately). They provide cutouts to relocate the Jeep JL / JT fender flare turn signals when installing aftermarket fender flares. These corner end caps are constructed from T6 aluminum alloy to be strong, lightweight and rust-free, and have a unique, textured black powder coat finish for maximum corrosion resistance. They are also available in powder-coated steel.

No. This is the second of two manuals required to complete the installation. The first manual is included with your center section and contains the steps for mounting the bumper to the vehicle. You must refer to both manuals to complete the full installation.
You must remove: the inner fender well, all push-in retainers from the inner fender liner, the inner fender liner itself, the factory turn signal light (including its screw, plug, and plastic cover), the factory fender flare, and the factory side marker light. Take care not to damage the plastic inner fender liner during removal.
Secure the driver-side corner to the bumper using three M10 hex bolts, lock washers, flat washers and hex nuts. Repeat the same process on the passenger side. Torque M10 bolts to 33 ft-lbs.
Install the extension brackets only if your turn signal has one bulb. Models with two bulbs in the turn signal do not need extension brackets. Secure the brackets using a clip nut, M4 button head bolt, lock washer and flat washer.
Line the edges of the light opening on the top and side edges with the bulb seal. For the bottom edge, attach the seal to the light for the best seal. The bulb seal must be cut to the desired length prior to installation.
Install the light using an M4 button head bolt, lock washer and flat washer. Ensure the wire is fed through the bumper. Then install the cover plate using an M4 button head bolt, lock washer and flat washer.
After the bumper is installed, connect the wiring harness and secure it with zipties. If installing the side marker light (#1500240), use the attached white wire (negative) and black wire (positive) to power the light.
Complete the light relocation and corner installation prior to mounting the bumper onto the vehicle. This allows easier access to the components and wiring.
The factory light may still be attached with adhesive tape. Take care when removing it to avoid damaging surrounding components.
M10 bolts should be torqued to 33 ft-lbs.
M4 bolts should be torqued to 7 ft-lbs.
